This is an outstanding die-stamped novelty sterling silver chamberstick made in Birmingham, England c1843 by John Willmore, having a detailed leaf and acorn shape. It is 5 1/4 inches H and in excellent condition but may need cleaning.

Richard Hayley Lever (Australian/American, 1876-1958) small oil on canvas board titled, River Lea, England. Size: 10 inches x 8 inches. Dated on verso 1912. Signed in the lower left and titled on the reverse. Condition: nice original condition, with some overall craquelure to the painted surface. Offered in a carved and gilded wood frame. A native of Australia, Hayley Lever traveled to England in 1889, where he studied art in London and joined an artist's colony in St. Ives, Cornwall...

Large Murano Elephant performing on a Ball, attributed to Nason. Executed in clear glass. The elephant has a wonderfully expressive face as he stands on his hind legs with his trunk out-stretched. The ball has two rows of bubble inclusions (13 bubbles in all). The figure stands 17 inches (43 cm) Tall and is 4 1/4 inches (11 cm)across and 8 inches (20 cm) deep. There are no cracks, chips or repairs...

Out of Mexico's "archaeological" design trend, an early Deco bracelet that combines beautifully aged silver with deeply colored amethyst cabochons. The overlaid motif, meticulously hand-cut, chased and etched, has been perfectly applied on the curved link and represents a scene of Mexico's pre-Colombian rituals. The bracelet measures 7 1/8" long (wearable) by 1 5/8" wide and weighs 58.2 grams. It dates in the 1930s-40s period and is simply marked "SILVER MEXICO"...

Strong Art Deco lines - Designed and signed by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda. The piece measures 4 3/4 inches long, 1 1/4" wide & 1/4 inch thick. 44 grams, 1.6 oz. Hallmark worn but reads: Mexico Silver By TONO, Antonio's mark from 1948-53. Beautiful vintage condition. No dents or dings, pin back works perfectly. Antonio's hallmarks can be referenced in the beautiful museum catalog: Silver Seduction by Stromberg P.80...

Until the mid 1900's, transporting goods along the silk road was accomplished by camel caravans ...and it was important not to lose the camels in sand storms along the way... Each camel from Tibet was "adorned" with 3 bells...one large bell hang from a strap around the camel's belly, a 2nd bell was strapped around the neck, and the 3rd bell was hung from the camels tail. This old camel's bell was used on the caravans travailing between Tibet, across China and into Mongolia...

A rare blue & white censer, decorated with three Phoenix on flight to the exterior and standing on the three foot of Lion mask form. Ming dynasty late 16th century, possibly Jiajing-Wanli phase, collected on the South Sulawesi area. Condition with small D shape re-stuck to the rim and firing cracks inside, appears glaze hairline to the exterior. Diameter: 26.5 cm and High: 13 cm.

Kendi, decorated with floral motif. The base is glazed. PERIOD :Ming Dynasty (17th Century) MEASUREMENTS: 16.5 cm wide, 15 cm height. CONDITION: Broken, no missing part.

This is a small and an early Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368) qingpai measurement jar. It stands on a flat base with a gobular body and a concave neck and then an everted mouth rim. Around the concave neck there are round moulded spots all around it. The jar is glazed on the inside and the mouth rim and stop short just at the shoulder of the gobular body with qingpai glazed. It exposes the colour of the gobular body in a buff colour and burnt orangish light brown...

A small Chinese blue and white porcelain dish. Foo Dogs with balls amongst clouds and flames decoration. The white glaze pooling to a pale celadon tone inside the rim and around the foot. A four character underglaze blue hall mark appears inside root rim. Acquired from Amos Judd and Son antiques on Howard Street in Baltimore in the early 90's. Reasonably good condition with some fritting to the rim but no cracks and a sure and clear resonance when tapped. Diameter approximately 5 inches (13 cm)

Description: An old Yixing flower arrangement basin with inscription " Sui Qing Xe Qi" (the water is pure while the rock is unique) on one side and carved flower motif on the other side had a special Chinese scholar taste. There're some defects on the rims but would never fail the beauty of this old piece. Date: Late 19th Century Length: 19.5cm Height: 5cm

Mark Cross suitcase in textured black leather with brass hardware. Case measures 19.75 inches (50 cm) Long, 12 inches (30 cm) Tall and 6.25 inches (16 cm) Deep. The case in in overall good condition with no odors or staining to the interior. The interior has 3 elasticized pockets, one with a snap closure. The handle does have a minor surface break but is sturdy and usable. There is also a small quarter inch compression mark in the leather on the top of the case. No keys...

This early, hand-forged sterling silver rope buckle designed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling measures 1 3/4" X 1 3/4" and weighs 35 grams. The buckle will take up to a 1 3/8" wide strap. The condition is excellent with a beautifully aged patina. Spratling hallmarks on reverse.

This unusual pair of Chinese dolls were made with wire bodies covered with fabric padding and then silk clothing. Their heads, lower arms and feet are made from some kind of composition material and then painted. Because of their wire construction, their arms, legs, and bodies etc can be carefully repositioned. The feet are wired together to provide a more stable base...it is a theory which frankly does not always work well.

Small Dish decorated with floral spray and border line. Porcelain with painted underglaze and applied decoration. Late Yuan-Early Ming (14th Century), Jiangxi (qinghua). D= 8 cm Condition : PERFECT, no chips, crack, hairlines and free from restoration. BEST glaze and blue color.
