An antique Birks 10k yellow gold carved shell portrait cameo ring from the 1910 to 1920 era. This size 6-3/4 post-Edwardian ring features a carved portrait cameo of a woman, it measures 3/4 x 5/8" across the setting, it is stamped 10K BIRKS and it weighs 3.7 grams. SOLD. 1925 Art Deco camphor frosted satin surface oval 30mm x 22mm glass stone, with a 5 point star, is held by 4 prongs and set in a rhodium plated brass frame. The 1 7/8" camphor glass pendant suspends from a later 925 sterling silver 18" double rope chain. Although the 2mm center stone is dulling, it still flashes a sparkle, when you least expect it. The back shows the rivet firmly in place and the sharply cut "spokes" are evident. Needs a polish...

An early snow covers the branches of a ragged pine, the clutches of autumn still evident in the red tinged leaves of ivy clinging tremulously to the limbs. This is a spectacular large Kyo-yaki work signed on the base Seifu and enclosed in a period wooden box. Dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, it is nearly 10 inches (25 cm) diameter, 5-1/2 inches (14 cm) to the top of the lid and in excellent condition. This is the work of Seifu Yohei I.

While not a true set, these two match beautifully. Both are marbled with yellow, and the luscious green is more vivid than appears in the picture. The longer of the two necklace strands of carved graduated beads is 21" end to end. There is a 3 1/2" extension. The chunky uncarved bracelet is 7/8" wide with a 1/4" wall and a 2 1/2" inside diameter.

Round Sterling Pin Brooch Pendant with book listed mark: Hecho en Mexico 925 A C E Guadalajara in a triangle over "Sterling" depicting the Maya or Aztec Serpent Feathered Head Pre-Columbian Motif in chased and hammered technique. Characteristic firing red was rendered at the body clay underneath.
Being added with a wooden plug, the ancient jarlet can be a fine tea caddy for a practical use.
