What a magnificent necklace from the Mexican Silver Renaissance this is. The links are 1 inch tall and the ball dangles are attached at the tops of each link. These are large silver balls at 10.5mm and graduating to 9mm in the back. At the bottom of each link are 3 open repousse beads. The length is 17 inches of wearable length with each link hand chased. Dated affirmatively as a piece from 1800 years ago, the pot was applied with unusually-seen brown glaze and was molded with a wide mouth which in flat rim with wall.
Characteristically decorated with Taotie mask on both side of the ovoid belly, the outer surface was separated in three sections by two bands of paralleled lines...

Description:

A Yaozhou bowl was mold in curved rim.
Well carved with floral motifs on the surface outside the bowl, the bowl was stand on a circular foot ring.
Padding grits were preserved at the bottom when incursions were happened to the mouth rim and on the ridges of the patterns where the glaze was thinner.
It was in perfect condition.
Iridescent effects were reflected in the glaze.

An antique oke-bound wooden bucket has been lacquered mirror smooth black inside with a natural bark handle added to create a superb sumi-tori charcoal basket for use in the Japanese tea ceremony. The original cask-like body is worn at the rim to an incredible degree, and yet remains structurally sound. It may have indeed been a lacquer-workers bucket, or perhaps used by a paper-hanger, decades of being bumped by the brush naturally wearing down the edges...

A pair of 10k yellow gold dice charms pendants from the 1960s - perfect for earrings. This fine vintage pair measure 5/16" on a side and they have fine holes for each dot drilled through (they show light when held up to a lamp). They have a brushed finish and one is stamped K10 ITALY while the other has somewhat obscured marks. They weigh a total of 2.6 grams and they are in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

Mid-century sterling and pearl bracelet by Antonio Pineda. The center pearls are a surprise traditional additional to the modernist link design. Sitting on the horse is a male courtier, often referred to as a "fat man", the male equivalent of the "fat lady"; note the clothing and hairstyle. Can be a wonderful example of the famed Yueyao wares, the pot was preserved with the original excavation condition without any restoration. This lovely fellow is rare and wonderful. He is enameled in rich tones of blue, green, coral and yellow, and carries a tiny pearl in his beak. The dimensionality of the jewel is so unusual – the bird is about ½ inch deep! (And 1-1/4” tall x 1-1/4” wide.) It is very unusual to see a bird flying straight out; they are nearly always in profile. Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Bowl (damaged)

This fine-quality porcelain bowl was made during the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279). It is of an attractive cone shape standing on a relatively high foot; the body is thin and particularly translucent. The inner surface has been decorated with incised floral patterns. It is coated in a blue qingbai glaze of good colour.

Diameter 13.5cm. Despite being chipped at the rim and with hairline cracks, it does have a ring when tapped.
