A Victorian gold filled double slide expanding gentleman's watch fob chain. This 9-1/4" (maximum) chain shrinks to 6-1/8" when the two engraved slides are separated (which contracts the chain forming a double chain between them, shown partly drawn in our second image). This diamond cluster original period stick pin with a full pearl in the center is circa 1910’s. The 11 old-mine diamonds weigh approximately 0.55Ct. Some of the stones have sight nicks, but the over all condition of the piece is excellent. The high luster pearl in the center that measures 4.75 millimeters is POSSIBLY an oriental pearl but it was not X-rayed so it being considered and sold as a cultured pearl.
