Large Chinese famille rose porcelain jardiniere with wide mouth and flattened rim enameled in bright pigments with a figural scene extending around the circumference. Diaper pattern band below rim. Unglazed foot and base. Original drain hole and plug. Late Qing dynasty (19th century) to possibly early Republican period. 13"H x 15 1/4" diameter. Weighs about 15 lbs. Very good overall condition with no chips or cracks. Some soiling to the interior from use.

A large and nice jun yao bowl of sky blue colour. It stands on a short recessed foot rin and then everted upwards towards a slightly straighten side and then towards the rim it folds slightly inwards. There is a slight colour variation between the actual bowl glaze and the photograph taken.

The is a rare, old, long Chinese lock necklace with coral beads and matching amber drops. The handmade upper chain leads to a lower strand of very small silver beads, with 4 pumpkin shaped coral beads alternating with 5 silver balls on each side. Description: An exquisite bamboo carving depicted a smiling boy holding a basket which has fishes in it. In fantastic carving skill, the piece was added with more attraction by it's aged patina. It was preserved in perfect condition without any defects. From the characteristics of the carving, the piece was dated as of 19th century. Height: 10cm, Depth: 9.5cm, Width: 8.9cm

Handsome Miriam Haskell bracelet was probably created to honor the Egyptian Antiquities Show held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York in the 1970's. The bracelet is adjustable thus fitting many wrist sizes (see attachment pictures). The mesh chain is 9" long. The elegant three dimensional pharoah-head clasp measures 1 1/2" by 1 1/4". Haskell's oval cartouche is on the clasp.

Elegant, chunky and sophisticated, this Schiaparelli set is heavily gold plated and in a rope design. The tassels on the earrings and necklace swing slightly on movement. All pieces are signed. The necklace is adjustable and is 16" end to end when fully extended. The longer tassel on the necklace is 5". Total length of earrings is 2 1/2" by 3/4".

Description: A decent wood carving of Guan-yin was from early Qing period. In elegant broad facial characteristics, the Guan-yin sits easily with flouring robe spreading on the floor when benign and holy atmosphere being fully yielded by the excellent craftsmanship. In quite good size, the piece was carved from one block of camphor wood, except being tenoned on the right hand which had been lost. The patina on the wood surface was old when almost all the paint had gone due to long time of age...

Great looking mid-century modern necklace by Sigi Pineda. The asymetric design is unusual and fascinating. It opens in the back and is hinged on both sides. A great piece of jewelry representing the style of late 18th and early 19th centuries made in the 1960's. The carved painted reversed crystal is backed by mother of pearl. The frame that is 1 3/8" in diameter is made of 14Kt yellow gold that fully covers the back of the broach and is marked with a makers mark as well as with a stamp of 14Kt on the safety catch. The broach also has a bail in the back that makes it wearable as a pendant.

This old carpenter's detail handsaw was clearly home made by an experienced carpenter craftsman who took pride in his work. It is decorated with delicately carved swirls of clouds and has metal fittings for strength. It has the original blade which was sharpened to cut on both forward and back strokes and is still remarkably sharp. This saw was (according to my carpentry friend) was probably used for fine marquetry work. The saw measures 11" long. It is a rare find and a pleasure to own.

This dramatic ring makes a statement with the heavy 14Kt gold setting that holds a bezel set 11X13 millimeter oval faceted Aquamarine as a center stone accented on either side by 6 etoile set diamonds.
