A nicely carved jade pig done in the Han style. Pigs represent prosperity and jade pigs were were placed in the hands of the deceased. A black-glazed Jizhou bowl was preserved in a fine condition.
By a beautiful grayish image of freely painted plum branch in the cavetto against the black ground, the tea bowl was mold in a typical Wan shape when standing by a flat foot ring which was a strong characteristic for a Jizhou bowl.
The buff-tinted soft-feel paste revealed at the bottom was another obvious characteristic for this dated ware.

Nonya ware or straits saucer decorated with phoenix and floral. Daoguang Six Character,overglaze iron red seal mark. Daoguang Period (1820-1850). D=10.5 cm. Condition, a tiny frit on the rim, no chips, cracks, hairline or restorations.

A fine 18th century Chinese celadon-glazed porcelain dish, finely decorated with incised floral decoration. DATE : Qianlong (1736 - 1795). SIZE : D = 34 cm CONDITION : excellent condition, no chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs except firing flaw on the back near footrim (look at the picture).

A very unusual round Ming huanghuali box with a lid. The lid's center has a burl wood center of huanghuali. It is very rare to see burl wood huanghuali in huanghuali pieces. This is the only one I have ever seen. Size: Diameter: 15.5cm. H: 9 cm. Condition: One old small repair (see photo), a natural age crack on one side (see photo) and a small chip at the bottom rim.

Pair of rare sterling silver handmade ash or pin trays centered with a raised mythical pre-Columbian Quetzalcotal head designed and signed (c.1930's) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-1967). Each measures 2 5/8" across. Contructed of heavy gauge silver. Weighs 19 grams. Beautiful vintage conditon with no dents or dings. Shipping and insurance included. Large vintage sterling silver handmade repousse pin designed and signed (c.1940) by Los Castillo. Measures 4 inches X 1 1/4 inch. A nice famille jaune bat motive tea cup. It has a Tonzhi seal mark both on the cover and the base of the cup and is of the period.

A minor manufacturing flaw on the cover (photo 2)and five hair lines as shown in the photos 4 and 5. two with stain and the other can be seen at certain angle only. Other than that, it is in fine condition, no chip or repair.

A New England Queen Anne highboy, circa 1750, in cherry, being a marriage of a period base with a period top. The proportions and color of the two components mesh very nicely, though the secondary woods differ, white pine versus chestnut. Found in a New Hampshire home. Refinished and with replaced brasses, otherwise in fine condition, without further restoration. Dimensions: 77 3/8" height x 38 1/2" width x 19 1/4" depth.

A cased pair of repousse decorated napkin rings fashioned in sterling silver by the famous late 19th century manufacturer, Henry Holland, London, 1899-1900. This pair of napkin rings are of heavy weight and are decorated all over with crisp repousse work of scrolling foliage, and each is engraved with the original owner's initials in a circular cartouche, 'JHP' and 'JP'...

A nice well made Tibetan prayer beads consisting of 108 bone beads and three pink mountain coral. Two leather counters with ten silver rings each ending with silver inlaid with coral and turquoise. A Chawan tea bowl by Goho with calligraphy work by Yamada Mumon enclosed in the original signed wooden box. The calligraphy reads Mi-Do, The Way of Taste, followed by Mumons artistic signature (Ka-o). The bowl is 4-1/2 inches (11 cm) diameter, 3 inches (8 cm) tall and in perfect condition...

The character Kotobuki followed by a playful verse crying Watashiya kyujukyu made (Longevity, I live to 99). Ink on paper enclosed in a subtle cloth border befitting Zen art. It is stamped Taishitsu (his art name) and enclosed in the original signed wooden box with the same inscription on the lid. The scroll measures 10 by 73 inches (26.5 x 185 cm). There is some cupping in the scroll, otherwise in fine condition...

A nicely carved natural amber pendant of the hand of Buddha citron with a hole at the top so it can be worn as a pendant. The citron fruit may be given as a religious offering in Buddhist temples. According to tradition, Buddha prefers the "fingers" of the fruit to be in a position where they resemble a closed rather than open hand, as closed hands symbolize to Buddha the act of prayer. Size: H. 3.7cm. W. 2cm. Condition: No repairs, chips or cracks.
