Rare sterling silver & pale rose quartz ring designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). The bezel set quartz stone face measures 1 inch long. The ring is a size 7 1/2. Beautiful vintage condition & patina. Please see the companion Hector Aguilar rose quartz bracelet listed separately.

Description:
A Cizhou tea bowl was in good elm bowl's shape.
Well glaze on the surface with russet slip and therefore the intriguing firing effect, the bowl was well shaped on the foot ring with steep wall.
Buff-tinted of the clay, and all other obvious characteristic like the retrospective sheen of the glaze proved the bowl an ancient one.
Date: Jin Dynasty, 12th/13th century.
Width on the mouth rim: 6cm, Height: 5.3cm.
Glass cabochon and beads with gilt. Haskell is stamped on the shank of the screw-clip. Total length is 1 3/4, dangle is 1 1/8 long and 1" wide.
A bold and beautiful sterling ring with a center row of 4 saw tooth bezel set red coral cabochons by Southwestern silversmith Carmelo Patania who was the brother of Frank Patania Sr. Measuring 1 1/4" long and 5/8" wide, it is a size 7 and in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the exquisite stones. Weighing 10 grams, it is signed as shown. A stunning statement ring.
Elegant pair of sterling silver and rosewood individual ashtrays designed and signed (c.1940's) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-1967). The nautical design is captured in handhammered heavy gauge silver with each piece resting on a rosewood base. 2 1/4" high, base 1 3/4". Both wood and silver in beautiful condition. A rare opportunity to acquire a Northern Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1127) kiln saggar still containing its Qingbai porcelain bowl, excavated from a kiln site in the Jingdezhen area of Jiangxi province. A 10k yellow gold lapis lazuli cabochon ring from the 1910-20 era. This size 7 ring features a cabochon 57 point (calculated) deep blue stone bezel-set in a late Edwardian-early Art Deco 7/16 x 1/4" setting. Antique hand carved wooden American eagle figure with gilded gesso finish, supported on a modern faux marble plinth. 19th century. Size: 13.75" overall height (10.25" ht. eagle alone) x 13.5" wide x 6" deep. There is minor flaking to the gilded surface and some chips at the tips of both wings.
A rare and very 18th century large scholar's standing screen. The front of the screen is painted red with a gilded mountain scene. The back is painted black with the remains of a good luck symbol.
