RED-PAINTING PAPER PLATE

Very rare 'Akae' (Red painting) plate made of compressed paper as I have never seen such a type during my entire career. Detail and usage unknown. Probably Showa period, 20th century, Japan. D 22.5 x H 3.7 cm (8.85 x 1.45in)...

Tang Dynasty green glazed spouted wine ewer. Vessel is small likely made for individual servings. Glaze has a nice sheen , however, there are some small chips to actual glaze. No chips or cracks to the ewer itself. Height: 3 inches; diameter: 2.50 inches

The deepest emerald green that you can imagine, this five tier prong set rhinestone bracelet is a knock out! It is 7 1/2" long and 1 3/4" wide and is slightly dome shaped.

Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period thinly potted deep charger decorated with floral groupings in alternating deep blue and "dan miao qing hua" (fine pale blue pigments) set against a white porcelain ground. A narrow geometric and floral band extends around the interior rim. A few sparse leafy twigs decorate the exterior. There are chatter marks to the unmarked base. An old owner's tag on the base incorrectly states the age as 19th century, however, the piece dates circa 1750...

Wonderful horseshoe shaped link bracelet by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda. The links are hinged together and all move. C. 1950, this bracelet measures 7" around in the inside and is 3/4" wide. It weighs 92 grams and is in excellent original condition. It has a secure push in clasp and intact safety chain. Signed for Antonio Pineda as shown. Great looking!!

Very early handmade sterling silver pin designed and signed (c.1930's) by Taxco, Mexico artist WILLIAM SPRATLING (1900-1967). Measures 2 inches across. Early Mexican silver bracelet with 5 beautiful green agate cabachon stones. This is a Fred Davis design but this bracelet is only marked Silver Mexico. It measures 8" end to end and is 1"wide. Fine original condition and weighs 67 grams. Lots of movement to this piece and gorgeous on.

Watch greenery turn gold with this stunning Tiffany pin: a beautiful flower captured in 18 Kt yellow gold, to be precise. Different textures in the petals and leaves create a multicolored effect as the light catches the gold in each part differently, though it is all the same rich yellow tone. Stunning and very dimensional vintage articulated collar necklace in the form of branch coral, with many black glass stones, both cabochon and faceted. 1960's, unsigned, probably Italian, by Bijoux Elfe or Bijoux Cascio, both couture makers. The heavy S shaped hook at the clasp, the overall construction, and of course the coral motif, are characteristically Italian...

Fred Davis works are coveted by collectors of the Mexican Silver Renaissance. This signed necklace is magnificent on and the condition is superb with no dents or damage. A fine pair of the finest hand carved wood duck decoys. A mating pair of green wing teal. Made from cedar artist signed Dan Heiman in very fine condition. Carved from a cedar log found at Big Bear California artist information written on bottom.

Fabulous vintage 1960s 14KT gold and genuine Persian turquoise pierced hoop drop earrings. The backs are marked 14K ATL and the other elements test positive for 14KT gold. The gold has a slight rosy tone. With Persian turquoise beads and tiny coil shaped elements strung on hoops, with gold balls at the top posts. Very classic and modern and super wearable with everything, day or evening.

A 10k yellow gold pink topaz and spinels ring from the 1950s. This size 5-1/4 ring features a claw-set flashy pink 3/8 x 5/16" emerald cut spinel with two colourless side spinels in a retro 1950s setting. This ring weighs 3.3 grams, the stone is 3.6 carats in size (calculated) and it is stamped 10K B-SAN and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

Description: A Zitan wood carving of a sitting figure was well rendered.
Depicted as a long robed scholar official wearing a an official hat and leaned against a stool, the figure was vividly carved in the features and on the costumes.
In perfect condition, the wood piece was reflected on the surface with enduring old patina.
Date: Qing Dynasty, late 19th century.
