Perhaps this set is Antonio Pineda's most iconic, beloved design. The onyx tear drop stones have no cracks or chips. The silver is thick and the necklace is 149 grams heavy and sits 1.5in. tall with regal elegance. The earrings weigh 20.8 grams and are 1.5in. long and 1in. wide. Whimsical and just plain fun. Polcini presents us with a court jester of gold and silver plate. Shoulders, hips and legs are articulated and so, the figure moves as you do. Very three dimensional and nicely crafted. The chain on the left (as worn) is 9", the chain on the right 8" which makes the set of two balloons higher than the one balloon. Tane Orfebres is known as the Tiffanys of Mexico and has produced well crafted and beautifully designed objects since the early 50's. This is a published book piece by Penny C. Navajo Kenneth Begay has been called the "father of modern Navajo jewelry". From 1946-1964, he worked as a benchsmith at the White Hogan Shop in Scottsdale, Az. The two identical bracelets were made by him during this time and are signed with his initials and the White Hogan hallmark.
