Offered is an incredibly RARE game, circa 1900-1920s, Spear Works, Germany, dexterity game very obtusely entitled "THE WHITE EYED COON".

The game features a VERY brightly colored lithograph target in near mint, virtually unused condition, depicting "THE WHITE EYED COON" dressed as a clown with a nose mimicking that of a RHINOCEROS HORN! The rhinoceros horn nose serves as one of the game hooks.

The target is affixed to the box base interior and additionally retains its two original metal...

This flap style hat was commonly used by the men in the cold winters of Northern China, formerly Manchuria, now considered Heilungjiang Province. Padded and lined with silk velvet fabric on the inside and covered with silk satin fabric on the outside, the different layers were quilted together with a decorative floral pattern.

There is a label sewn into the back but any information on it has been worn way from use. The hat is in good condition:no rips, no tears, no holes...

This is an extraordinary sterling bird pin/pendant by Salvador Teran. It is a magnificent example of his fascination with overlapping planes. The front feathers stand out in front of an oxidized background and the tail feathers move freely and swing. This is a large piece measuring 3 3/8" long and 1 3/8" wide. It is in fine original condition, weighs 26 grams, and hallmarked and numbered as shown. It is a remarkable example of this artists' imagination and creativity.

This vintage Mexican silver necklace is hallmarked Sterling Mexico and is truly a rare and wondrous work of art with great dimension and quality through out. A 17th century dorje (thunderbolt of enlightenment) Buddhist ritual object of a dark color with some green encrustation. Some dorjes at that time were made from meteorites found in the Himalayas. This particular dorje is quite heavy and there is a possibility that it may be made from a meteorite but we have not had it tested...

Vajradhara or Dorje Chang in Tibetan is the ultimate primordial Buddha or Adi Buddha according to the Gelug and Kagyu schools of Tibetan Buddhism. This fine example is from Tibet or possibly from Nepal. It is well proportioned and has very nice facial features. Please note the fine engraving on the back of the figure. Amazing sun, moon and stars pin by William Spratling. There is a full page featuring this pin on page 57 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Berk and Morrill. They date it c. 1942. This is a huge and bold pin measuring 3" by 2". It is in beautiful original condition and appropriately signed for William Spratling as shown in the photo. An absolutely spectacular early Spratling pin.

Handmade sterling silver and rosewood bottle opener designed and signed (c.1950) by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). Sculptural in design the opener is 5 3/8" Long. Beautiful vintage condition. No chips or cracks to wood. No dents or dings to silver. This is a decorative piece and we suggest not using it to actually open bottles as the high silver content is softer than other metals commonly used in openers.
