This is an early Mexico City repousse necklace. The Matlesque swirls within the design can not be denied. The patina is dark and gorgeous. It was stand on a well defined foot ring from which the body clay was revealed with dense-feel quality.
The glaze surface was in subdue hue when the foot ring was in old look.
It was very rare to find a Cizhou ware in ewer type.
