Here is a continuous sterling silver cable chain of nice heft, with a working swivel clasp marked sterling. The chain itself tests for sterling as well, and is sturdily made. The piece dates around 1920. The chain measures 28 inches inches long, and the bail and swivel add another inch. Weight: 29.3 grams

Shaped as stylized heads, they are hollow cast and pierced for stringing. Faces show on both sides of the beads. One bead has a casting imperfection on one side (see Photo #1); the other side is intact. There are a total of 19 beads; strung together they measure 9 inches long. They are possibly Mexican. An impressive, wide, handmade cuff bracelet of ethnic design. The textured band features an applied wavy line of silver on either side of three diamond-shaped reserves of an unidentified amber-colored stone that looks to have been crushed and resin-set. This distinctive ring features an organic design with an asymmetrical domed form. It is textured with wavy narrow ridges similar to seaweed.
