This modernist sterling silver necklace features a pendant centered with alexandrite crystal and cultured pearl was designed c.1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda. Beautiful large oval sterling and turquoise brooch by Chicago Arts & Crafts silversmith Mary Gage. Composed of six chased sterling lily pads that frame a large oval natural turquoise stone that is held in place by silver loops. There are applied silver beads in various locations. Choice of two modernist cast sterling silver brooches; one in a stylized bird design and the other in a stylized scorpion design with a pearl by noted Mid Century silversmith Christian Schmidt, (1926-1974). They are both signed with his stylized 'S' hallmark and Sterling. May purchase individually or as a pair.

A sleek modernist hammered sterling silver neck ring and matching cuff bracelet by Swedish jewelry maker Alton. Neck ring measures approximately 10 1/4" around with an opening of 2 3/4". We have an early cuff and earring set that is marked with only Mexico Sterling. The filigree is thick and heavy. The frame going around is firm. The curls are precise and great care was made for the prongs that hold the stone to have the feel for the rest of the design with filigree loops. Leaves with a pretty patina adorn the back of each side. Please ask and I can send pictures of the markings. The gap is 1in. and the height is a huge 2.5in. tall. This is a substantial set weighing 74 grams...

Beautiful and unusual this extraordinary clamper is 980 silver (almost pure). The weight is 80 grams heavy. The wearable diameter is 2.5in. which fits most. The height is 2.5in. Hallmarked as shown with no damage.

Measures about a size 7. Could probably be adjusted slightly due to the open nature of the design. Curls around the finger and slightly flares out. Can be worn with the larger end facing up or down. Weighs 23 gr.

A modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet from Denmark, designed by Knud V. Andersen for Anton Michelsen.

The cuff is made from thick sterling with a molten like texture. Measures 6" around with an opening of 1". Measures 1 1/8" at the widest. This size can not be adjusted.

Marked 925S, KVA, Danmark and with the AM hallmark of Anton Michelsen. Note that Denmark is spelled Danmark, so not originally for export.

Fine condition, dark patina. Feels great on!

Very early sterling compact designed by HARALD NIELSEN(1892-1977) for GEORG JENSEN, Denmark, c.1920. Has decorative applied silver dolphin at top center. Empty on the inside so can be used as a pill box, it measures 2 1/2" in diameter by 1/2" thick. Beautifully signed "HN GEORG JENSEN(in dotted circle with crown) STERLING DENMARK GI925S(in dotted oval) 160A", it is in very good condition with a slight dent at top. Lovely necklace signed "HK HANDMADE STERLING DENMARK" made of sterling and enamel. Although extremely rare to see his signature on non George Jensen pieces, it is probably made by Henning Koppel(1918-1982). In "Silver Jewelry" by Fred Rezazadeh, on page 100, it states that "Koppel's jewelry exhibits modern and abstract designs derived form nature, sometimes enhanced with enamelwork." This is a lovely vintage Mexican silver folkloric necklace. The chain is a paperclip style and is closed with a simple hook. The flowers are open back repousse with gemstone beads of turquoise, coral and amethyst wired and tied off in the back. The birds are solid silver with the drop being 2.25in. across and 3 in. tall.
