Signed FBG this over lay is exceptional workmanship and hand carving. The length is a dramatic 26in. and sports hand made chain. The first drop is 3.75in. x 3.5in. and the second is 3in. x 3.5in. The total length is 32.5in. This is a heavy weight at 76 grams. The tear drop shape of these 2 amulets really make this Mayan symbols and deity necklace romantic. Heavily carved with an Aztec motif this vintage sterling cuff was designed & signed c. 1940's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. The bracelet is 1 1/2" high & weighs 107 grams. It has a 1 inch gap opening and will fit up to a 6 1/2 inch wrist. Beautiful condition. Fully hallmarked on reverse. This design is pictured on p. 39 of MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk.

Signed with the conjoined HA, Taxco and 940 for better than sterling silver. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).

Measures 3 1/2" across and 3 1/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. The brooch has some minor tarnish and surface scratches.

These Mexican silver dimensional floral earrings show great detail of the open flower. The size is 1.25 inches by 1 inch. Hallmarked as shown by DS and weighing 8 grams. These look like a perfect match to the clamper also listed on my site of the same flower. The presence of the earring on is a beautiful reflection. Condition is perfect.

This Los Castillo is one designed by Margot Van Voorhies when married to Don Antonio Castillo that unhooks and also doubles as a brooch. The matching chain and the drop is repousse and hand carved on top. The drop / brooch measures 3.75 inches tall with a width at it's widest point of 2 1/8th inches. There is a generous wearable length of 17 in. The early hallmarked Los Castillo designs are the best and this is one of those that is seldom found. Properly hallmarked with no damage or repairs...

The necklace is not marked, but the clasp is marked 925 for sterling and also has a tiny mark, maybe a stylized 'S' that we can't identify.

Central pendant measures 2 1/8" across and 2 1/4" high including the dangle. Necklace measures 17 1/2" long. Has a spring clasp that holds securely.

An unusual pair of sterling silver modernist earrings by Salvador Teran. Marked Salvador, Sterling, Mexico and 140 for the style number. Pre eagle.

Measure 1 1/2" long and 7/8" wide. Screw backs hold securely.

Depict some kind of highly stylized creature. Haven't been able to find another pair with this style number. Great modernist design!
