This substantial, silver link bracelet is reminiscent of ornate Renaissance jewelry. It is sharply molded with flowers, leaves, vines and beading in openwork panels linked with bars. The largest center panel features a securely prong-set amethyst. The bracelet has a fold-over clasp in good working order. It is a nice quality piece, probably European .800 silver. Circa 1960, this Italian silver duck was probably made by Egenio and Enrico Ranzoni. His feathers display exquisite detail and his bill and feet are gilded. He measures approximately 8" long from bill to tail and 3.26" tall, from his webbed feet to the middle of his back. He is beautifully made and in excellent condition. The overall weight is just over .75 lb.

An elegant 970 silver and amethyst necklace by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda. The square bezel set cabochon amethyst links alternate with square silver links and terminate with a secure silver push in clasp. The necklace measures approximately 17 1/2" end to end ( it is curved so hard to measure exactly), is 3/4" wide and weighs a very sturdy 157 grams. The links are double strung on silver chain and the necklace is in fine condition with no chips or cracks to any of the stones...

This stunning bracelet is composed of an applied cast floral layer on a plain, hinged bangle bracelet, with a secure tongue-and-groove clasp and security chain. The tongue bears French import marks that guarantee a silver content of at least .800, and probably dates anywhere from the 1930s to the 1950s. The bangle measures about ½ inch wide with an internal circumference of just under 7 inches. Gross weight: 28.4 grams

A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish silversmith, Palle Bisgaard in a tiered curved shape. His torque necklace, part of this same line is included in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This is the widest version of this cuff, with an extra tier at the bottom edge.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1" and 3/4" at the widest. There does not appear to be much give so it is better for an average to slender wrist.

This is a Rafael Dominguez turquoise bracelet made before 1948 and properly hallmarked as shown. The weight is 58 grams heavy and is 1.25in. wide. It is 7in. long. The silver is thick and Dominguez is know for his high quality workmanship. Dominguez is a noted maestro in Penny Morril's books. When you own a Dominguez piece you know you bought the best! The stones are beautiful and have no chips or cracks. The piece looks fantastic with the turquoise drippy necklace also listed on my site.

Maestro Damaso Gallegos was for years associated in my mind with the Mexican Deco "Christmas jewelry” tradition. His “holly and bells” as well as “bow and bells” designs are a classic way to celebrate the coming of the holiday season yet in the last couple of years I keep stumbling upon totally unexpected pieces by him. A wonderfully crafted 950 Sterling Silver cuff bracelet by Miyé Matsukata who had Atelier Janiyé in Boston. The bracelet has a large sphere at one end and a smaller one at the other. It tapers towards the wire wrapped ends.

Measures 6" around with a 1" opening. Measures 1/4" at the widest. Signed Janiyé Japan 950 and Sterling. Fine condition with minor surface scratches.

This Norma jelly belly sterling duck with umbrella is 1 3/4" x 1". It is hallmarked Norma and sterling. He has a red rhinestone eye. Lucite jelly bellies were copied from figurals originally done in gold and rock crystal.

A vintage sterling silver and pearl Mid Century Modernist brooch in the brutalist style. Consists of eleven tentacles or rays with flattened ends. Has a large off center grey pearl.

Measures 2" across and 1 1/2" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely.

Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Pearl has some very minor scuffs.

Well made with a stunning design. Great studio piece.

Ca 1960 A pierced sterling malachite and gold tumi that may be worn as a pendant or brooch. The tumi tests 18k, and it is marked 925 on the bale. The malachite has a few flea bites but they're only evident with magnification and bright light. 1-1/8" square.Weight 10.5grams.
