Mystery mark reward below. This seahorse motif Arts Crafts or Modernist pin brooch is as found unpolished unmarked for silver content (yet tests at least 90%) is stamped with silversmith's mark of superimposed CW or WC.
The chased seahorse, coral and other sea life motifs appear to be applied on to a slightly convex 55mm (2 1/8") round
Weighs approx 18 grams. Safety clasp. Still unpolished and tests at least 90% yet may be higher than sterling...

Being offered is a rare circa 1940 sterling silver and jade bracelet by Fred Davis of Taxco, Mexico. Early piece by one of the pioneers of the premiere Taxco Silver ateliers. Wide handwrought links with rows of jade cabochons. Tongue & box clasp. Dimensions: 7 1/2” size, panels are 1 5/8" wide. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition. Incredible design and construction.

This is an impressive Hector Aguilar bracelet. Vintage dated to 1940-45 because of the earlier 990 mark making this one more rare than most. Weighing 51.2 grams and 1 1/8in. wide the chain is heavy and the gage of the medallion is thick silver. I was quite surprised the first time I had this design in my hands because it was a larger piece than anticipated from photographs. A lovely addition fit for anyone's collection.

Rare sterling cuff by modernist Caroline Gleick Rosene, San Francisco, c.1951. It is very difficult to find this silversmith's work. Signed "ROSENE HAND MADE STERLING" and is in excellent condition except for a missing small silver ring that is easily replaceable. Made of heavy gauge silver, it is 1 1/4" wide and is 7 1/2" inside circumference. A vintage modernist sterling silver ring from Finland by Pekka Piekainen for Auran Kultaseppa Oy. Wave design. Thick, solid silver. Measures almost 1 1/4" across the top.

Marked for Auran Kultaseppa Oy, Finland silver standard, 925, Town mark for Turku, and U7 for 1973 on the bottom of one edge. Also marked with the maker's mark and Finland on the opposite side. About a size 6.5.

This modernist sterling silver necklace features a pendant centered with alexandrite crystal and cultured pearl was designed c.1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda. The chain measures 22 inches. The 3/4"L alexandrite crystal changes colors with the light from rich reds to deep blues and purples. The large pearl is a luminous cream. Signed on the back of the pendant with the ANTONIO's CROWN & TAXCO hallmark...

Pendant composed of the inside of a conch shell that is mounted in wound sterling silver wire. The chain of twisted sterling silver bands is stamped 925 and has a secure pressure hook clasp. Each connecting ring is soldered closed. Clasped, the necklace measures 17 inches long, including the pendant.

Simple, elegant modernist earrings of irregular-shaped panels by Frances Holmes Boothby, bezel-set with cabochons of dyed black onyx. They have very secure screw backs and are marked fhb on the reverse of one, sterling on the other, with sterling indicated on both of the screw backs. The stones are in excellent condition, with no scratches, nicks or other issues. The earrings measure approximately 3/4 in. long by 1/2 in. wide. Gross weight: 7.4 grams total
