A well constructed, heavy sterling silver cuff bracelet with a large central bezel set carnelian cabochon. The under layer is thick hammered sterling with a polished sterling overlay.

Measures 5 7/8" around with an opening of 1 3/8". Rigid so couldn't be easily adjusted. Could be worn by a man or a woman. Measures 1 5/8" at the widest. Weighs 82 gr.

Fine condition. There are some surface scratches to the polished finish.

Feels substantial on.

A stunning design of rectangular panels with applied calla lilies, vines and 12-kt gold-filled leaves. This maker is unknown, but produced an impressive series of calla lily jewelry with hand-applied decoration. A folded end panel forms a very secure hook clasp. The bracelet has two safety chains. There is no maker’s mark, only marks for sterling and 1/20 12-kt. gold-filled decoration. The bracelet measures 1 ½ inches wide by 7 ¼ inches long. Weight: 86.3 grams

Modernist handmade large-scale necklace by WIGGERS, DENMARK, c.1960's. The applied top layer of modernist design is handmade silver and tiger eye and are atop two squares of silver-plate. A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch by Anton Michelsen, from Denmark. This three dimensional brooch has a raised 'sun' in the center surrounded by 7 stars.

A vintage modernist pendant by Jens Ib. Bluitgen, who was head of the design workshop of Georg Jensen from 1953-1961 before going out on his own. Made in Denmark. Three lightly hammered sterling curved shields with an oxidized dark patina suspended from a sterling heart shaped neck ring.

A pair of elegant sterling silver and diamond earrings with the woven design is pave set with 104 diamonds. The pave center is encircled by a vermeil (gold on silver) frame. A 950 silver Komai damascene panels bracelet circa 1900 1920. This scarce bracelet from Japan features eleven 1-1/16" x 3/8" loop-linked panels with inlaid silver and gold on a black matte (actually iron) ground. Listed Glendale artist Mary Owens was known for paintings, but she also made jewelry during her career. This unusual sterling silver ring was designed by Frank Patania Sr. in the 1950's. The ring size is a 7 1/2. It measures 1 3/8" tall X 3/4" & is in excellent condition with a warm, aged patina.
