Bold high-set modernist crystal ring by Swedish designer Gison Liedholm. The setting makes quite a statement, soaring a full 3/4" above the band. Made in the middle of the 20th Century. Wonderfully designed cuff bracelet by Henry Steig, a well known Modernist jewelry designer working in New York City in the 1950s. In 1950 he opened a New York City shop at 51st and First, and a summer store in Provincetown, Massachusetts. In 1955 he moved his NYC shop to 52nd and Lexington. The design of this ridgid bracelet is ingenious, as the opening fits over the bulb of your wrist for comfort. Signed "Henry Steig, sterling". Excellent condition.

Listed Glendale artist Mary Owens was known for paintings, but she also made jewelry during her career. She died several years ago, and this figural pendant brooch was purchased directly from her estate. It was one of her personal pieces which she made for herself, circa 1950s. Large, at 3" tall. Unsigned but will come with a certificate of authenticity from the City of Glendale's Brand Library, which conducted the sale. Excellent vintage condition.

This interesting piece consists of two arked triangular shaped pieces, which move freely on a tall silver bar. This allows the pieces to move up, down, and side to side, but not to move out of the crossed configuration. Corretly signed with Kramer's distinctive mushroom hallmark as shown.
