A vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet by Hans Hansen, Denmark, designed by Karl Gustav Hansen with heart shaped links. This bracelet is design #237 and has the larger hearts and the earlier closure. This design was often additionally hallmarked with the Georg Jensen mark.

Measures 6 3/4" long and about 7/8" at the widest. The convex hearts curve slightly so the bracelet lays nicely on the wrist.

Based on an original, almost impossible to find Margot de Taxco design, the repousse "swans-in-a-row" bracelet I am presenting here is wrought in fine, .980 silver and is a little masterpiece. I think suggesting that "A.E.M", whose initials can be found on it, was a maestro who worked for the Los Castillo and/or Margot de Taxco is not a far-fetched hypothesis. Not only is this piece very close to Margot's creation, it is also extremely well made, very sculptural and has crisp, rich detail to it...

A vintage modernist sterling silver necklace by Taxco artisan, Erika Hult de Corral. Has alternating sterling bars and dotted spheres. Marked Ric, Taxco SA, Hecho en Mexico and 925. Measures 15 3/4" long. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Clasp snaps securely. Pre Eagle- Pre 1948. Classic RIC design. We have a pair of Ric earrings in another listing that would go well with this necklace. Will combine shipping.

This is the LARGE SIZE and an absolutely stunning and very early Mexican silver dragons necklace hallmarked as shown Silver Mexico. The weight is heavy at 73 grams of repousse. The carving is incredible and the size of the drop is 5in. across x 3.5in. tall. The wearable is a minimum of 16.5 and it is extremely comfortable and lays beautifully. Condition is without damage of any kind. This piece rivals the Los Castillo design in every way, shape and form...

This iconic Spratling brooch was designed c. 1940's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The pin stands 2 1/2" tall X 2" wide and weighs 41 grams. Each amethyst is bezel set and surrounded by a deep channel giving the eyes a 3 D effect. Both silver and stones are in beautiful condition. Pin back and safety are in fine working order. Large handmade modernist sterling and rose quartz pin by Sam Kramer, the famous NYC silversmith, c.1948. As usual, one can turn the pin in several directions trying to find the "correct" position - is it a fish wriggling through the water, or a profile with a pony tail, or should we not ask these questions? This large and dimensional piece, measures 3" long by 2 1/4" wide. It curves up and down and has a center oval rose quartz bezel set stone...

Modernist enamel by Madeline Turner, c.1940's. Similar concept but quite different artistically then preceding Turner listing. Also unsigned, not mounted, convex, and measures 2" diameter. Excellent condition.....$10 for insured shipping.

RARE OFFERING:Large sterling CAT pin by modernist Paul Lobel, NYC, c.1945. Architectural and minimalist concept produced a perfectly designed cat. Made of heavy gauge silver, this large and dimensional pin measures 3 3/8" tall 1 3/8" wide by 1 1/8" high. Never seen this one before. This is an impressive Hector Aguilar bracelet. Vintage dated to 1940-45 because of the earlier 990 mark making this one more rare than most. Weighing 51.2 grams and 1 1/8in. wide the chain is heavy and the gage of the medallion is thick silver. I was quite surprised the first time I had this design in my hands because it was a larger piece than anticipated from photographs. A lovely addition fit for anyone's collection.

Early SAM KRAMER modernist sterling ring with rutilated quartz cabochon, c.1948. Top is raised in best Kramer style with 4 tubes of silver and stone is set in darkened silver inset background(photo #1 is lighter than actual background). Top oval measures 3/4"+ by 1/2" and is size 6. Band indents near top(see photo #4) so is part of the design of the ring. An R.C.A.F. Royal Canadian Air Force sterling bracelet 1940s. This 7-7/8" bracelet has a scissors clasp and the central 1-1/2 x 7/8" link has an applied enamelled RCAF crest.
