Wonderfully designed cuff bracelet by Henry Steig, a well known Modernist jewelry designer working in New York City in the 1950s. In 1950 he opened a New York City shop at 51st and First, and a summer store in Provincetown, Massachusetts. In 1955 he moved his NYC shop to 52nd and Lexington. Of flexible and hand-wrought construction with bezel mounted teal ceramic oval pieces at the terminals. The band shows a warm patina with some roughness under the edge near one end. The outer band shows either a partially obscured mark for sterling or a maker’s mark. It has an 8-inch inner circumference, and is 3/16 inch wide.

This is a lovely 3-piece suite of earrings and a brooch, circa 1940's. The earrings and brooch have 3 layers of petals / leaves. The top of each one surrounds the turquoise stone. The earrings are screwback and measure 1/4" x 1/4" (x 1/2" high, from the lowest petal to the top of the stone). Each earring is marked SILVER MEXICO. The brooch displays 6 smaller stones with the same floral design with the top petals enveloping the stones. It measures 1 5/8" x 3/8" (x 1/4") and marked STERLING.

A very rare piece of sterling silver Arts and Crafts jewelry by the San Francisco Metalsmith, Harry Dixon. This unusual ring, in a size 6 1/2 depicts a fish swimming in waves. Very three dimensional. Appears to have a gold colored eye, perhaps 14K gold overlay. Marked with a stamped Harry Dixon San Francisco and a scratched in 925. Has some minor surface scratches. Fine quality.

Marked From 925S. Measures about a size 7. In nice condition with some minor scratches and nicks to the edges of the back of the shank. Not very noticeable when worn. It may need a bit of cleaning but we will leave that to the new owner. Looks like it may have been resized by a previous owner. The ball sits 1/2" off the finger.

Ca 1940 Here is another early bracelet and necklace with hematite stones created by Laurence Foss, a designer at Georg Jensen. The stones are in perfect condition and the silver has a lovely patina. Both the necklace and bracelet are marked with the Foss stamp Sterling. The bracelet is also marked 416A while the necklace, 416-1/2. The bracelet measures 7" x 3/4"and weighs 25.5 grams; the necklace is 15-1/2" including hook and weighs 33grams. A lovely collector's piece.

This huge pendant is the work of Celia Harms and likely dates 1960's-70's. Celia Harms pieces are rarely seen, and no two are identical. Measuring 6" tall, this pendant is composed of lapis lazuli and branch coral with sterling silver 22k vermeil beads. Weight is 58.9 grams. Signed and hallmarked inside the bale "Celia Harms Sterling Mexico". In excellent vintage condition. The vermeil is perfect and even.
