A vintage hand wrought modernist sterling pendant strung on a green silk cord by noted mid century jeweler, Mary Schimpff Webb, (1922-2019).

The central pendant set with a large green stone has light hammering. The pendant measures 1 7/8" long and 1 1/4" across. The four links and the hook clasp are also hand wrought sterling silver. Marked Schimpff sterling on the back. Measures about 22" long in total.

Hook closure holds securely. Has some tarnish, we did not polish it...

A striking and colorful bracelet with sterling wire wrapped caged raw stones by Modernist Arthur King who had a shop on Madison Avenue in New York City in the 1960's. The stones include rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz, and topaz. The bracelet measures 8 1/2" end to end but the hook clasp can be linked to an inner ring to make the length shorter and have the end stone dangle which may have been the intent of the maker. This piece is in fine original condition and weighs 43 grams...

This is a pre-1948 Garcia repousse bracelet that is 1.25in. wide and 7in. long. The barrels are straight and there are no dents. The weight is 52 grams and it is made of thick silver. It feels heavy to the hand. The patina is really warm and the stones have mellowed with age and are a wonderful mix of blue greens. The piece fits more like a bangle and these links are longer than most links at 1.75in. each and are rounded to make a perfect shape for the wrist...

This is a deeply carved vintage Mexican silver necklace and earring set with the necklace weighing 70 grams and the earrings weighing 11 grams. The necklace is 16in. long and the links for the necklace and identical matched set earrings being 1.5in. x 1in. in size. The pieces are hallmarked as shown. The clamper bracelet has sold. We are offering a necklace marked Silver Mexico and it weighs 60 grams of heavy repousse. We have a unique Los Ballesteros pectoral necklace with a drop of 2.75in.across and 2in. tall. The stone is a color changing synthetic that was widely used in the Spratling era by many tallers. The wearable length is just under 16in. Being a pectoral style the drop rests at just below the hollow of the neck and slightly tips outward making it very comfortable to wear. An extension is available if you desire to wear long instead of the pectoral length...

This is a very old pre 1948 Mexican silver bracelet that is in exceptional condition. The 5 stones are barrel cut amethyst with no cracks or chips. The underside shows many work marks. The barrels have no splits however there are reflections of light that may appear so. The bead work was also very taken care of without damage. The height of the piece is 1 1/8th inches. Are you bold enough for this ring, with it's huge, sparkling grey druzy stone? The crystal measures approximately 1.5" when measured from its longest point. It is pale grey, which sparkling gold inclusions (pyrite?) layering the top. Set in sterling silver. The band is adjustable, currently size 7. Marked with an unknown hallmark, "Taxco 925."

This maple leave pin consists of plique a jour enamel in a sterling silver setting. This lovely pin is highlighted with paste accent stones along the main leaf veins. The green plique is a very nice rich color. The pin seems to be missing one leaf, however, someone filled in the space with a pretty drop made of green agate, so the loss is hardly noticeable. It is centered by a faux pearl. The enamel itself is in good shape, with only a few hairline cracks - normal in all but the very best pieces...

This pre-1948 necklace from Doris Silver measures 17 1/2" long. I have not seen this design before, and it is really beautiful. Looks amazing on, and very flattering. The three flowers each measure 1 5/8" x 2 3/16" and have a turquoise cabochon at the center. Signed and hallmarked Doris Silver Corpus Artisans Mexico. Weight is 51.6 grams. In excellent vintage condition.

Los Castillo clamper design 508 is constructed of heavy repousse and weighs 79 grams. The diameter is 2.5 and will fit most. The size is a manageable 2.75 in. tall and the spring is tight. This design is an obvious Margot work of art when married to Antonio Castillo. Very well cared for with no dents or damage.

Spratling designed this pin in 1942 as part of a series of items depicting continental solidarity. The pin shows clasped hands superimposed over a gold gilded map of the western hemisphere. This pin was made in two sizes, this being the larger at 1 1/2" x 1 1/4". The fastener is a two pronged clip. Both pin and original fastener are in excellent condition. In 1942 Macy's Dept. Store did an entire window dedicated to this design. The pin is pictured on Phyllis Goddards' website spratlingsilver....
