This simple but sophisticated ring features a lovely, polished dyed blue chalcedony is securely prong set in a sterling silver mount. The setting displays openwork shoulders with light embossing. The inside of the band is marked sterling and shows an unidentified maker’s mark. The stone exhibits no scratches or other signs of wear. The stone measures stone 7/8 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is a size 5 ¼.

This sterling silver and enamel bracelet has a Scandinavian feel but no definitive marks. It has five curved panels decorated with abstract sterling designs that are probably raised and surrounded by dotted white enamel. The enamel is in beautiful condition, and the tongue-and-groove clasp is in very good working order. The clasp is marked S.G.M. and sterling. The bracelet measures a little over 6 inches long by 1/2 inch wide.

This 1950s necklace has a very clean and classic design, and is well constructed with secure, rope-like chain. Measuring a size 4 on a ring sizer, this delicate sterling silver ring is an unusual estate find that is approximately 40 years old and said to have been purchased by the original owner in a scrimshaw shop on the coast of Maine.

A charming souvenir ring produced by Gorham for the St. Louis Exposition of 1904. It has retained most of its detail, and commemorates the Louisiana Purchase of 1803. The front depicts the head of Thomas Jefferson, who was president at the time of the Purchase. A visit to Maisel’s Trading Post was de rigueur for tourists visiting New Mexico before the store closed in the late 1960s after Mr. Maisel’s death. (It was later reopened in 1980 by a grandson, but closed again in 2019.) This sizable, hand-constructed leaf pin is nicely decorated with applied berries and graceful stems. The secure rollover clasp is original to the piece, which dates around 1950-1960. This whimsical pea pod pin is handcrafted and decorated with a curling vine, the peas made of graduated malachite beads strung on a wire. A highly decorative piece in gilded sterling silver designed with a graceful movement, this starfish pin has a rich, textured look. It features yellow-green guilloche enamel with raised graduated disks running down each arm enameled in white. The entire piece is jag edged, and has a convex shape. Formed as a delicate spray of three flowers, this Coro sterling silver pin has an unusual design, unlike much of the company’s Sterling Craft line. This classic Art Deco ring is composed of two half-moons of carnelian flanking a vertical row of marcasites. The carnelian is secured by four split prongs, and there is an embossed scroll design along both sides of the shank that shows a bit of wear. The bottom part of the band exhibits a small applied piece of silver, most likely from sizing. The inside of the band is marked sterling. The oval top of the ring measures about 3/4 inch by 5/8 inch. It is sized at a 4 1/4.

This substantial, silver link bracelet is reminiscent of ornate Renaissance jewelry. It is sharply molded with flowers, leaves, vines and beading in openwork panels linked with bars. This is a lovely 3-piece suite of earrings and a brooch, circa 1940's. The earrings and brooch have 3 layers of petals / leaves. The top of each one surrounds the turquoise stone. The earrings are screwback and measure 1/4" x 1/4" (x 1/2" high, from the lowest petal to the top of the stone). Each earring is marked SILVER MEXICO. The brooch displays 6 smaller stones with the same floral design with the top petals enveloping the stones. It measures 1 5/8" x 3/8" (x 1/4") and marked STERLING.

These mid-century earrings are composed of rectangular and concave gilded sterling silver plaques enameled in a deep blue with a linear design under the glaze.
