Needs a frame which should be easy/economical as the size is a "standard" size. The anonymous artist has created a very pleasing work; an excellent understanding of both impressionist theory as well as light and color is evident.

This is a contemporary work, likely less than thirty years old, measuring 28" by 22" (33 1/2" by 27 1/2" framed). There is a listing by this name but I do not believe it to be the same artist. Condition is excellent save for a small scuff at upper left.
