The tightly cropped scene shows evidence of an artistic hand, the buildings reminiscent of San Francisco's Victorian architecture, or even European architecture. There is a signature at lower right that I have been unable to decipher. I thought it possibly "Gehry" as in Frank Gehry the famous architect, but there is no evidence I see on the net that he dabbled in...
