Antique original lithograph of a standing nude by Julius John Pommer (American, 1895-1945). This wonderful nude dates from the thirties. It is dedicated l.l. and pencil signed l.r. Offered framed. Pommer was born in San Francisco and studied at the CSFA under Otis Oldfield. He was active in the Federal Arts Project in the thirties. Well listed (cf. Askart, Edan Hughes "Artists in California", etc.

There are water stains along the bottom edge of the mat as well as very light foxing; the print also appears to have light foxing around the corners. Stamped A. Delauney del 8c sc in the lower left corner. The picture measures 5-1/4" x 3-1/2"; the frame, 8" x 9-7/8". Not examined out of the frame.
Woodblock print "Face" 1978 signed Tomio Kinoshita, printing 1/50, three oval heads over cylindrical necks with faint rounded shoulders, each inscribed with interior lines over a quite orange/gray, exterior surrounded by a dark somber color.
Tomio Kinoshita has a distinct contemporary stye of abstract heads done in line images of angular, square, and oval shapes.

Japanese woodblock print by Katsuyuki Nishijima (b. 1945) depicting a shop front. This is an original, kanji titled, pencil-signed, limited edition print numbered 21/500 in the bottom margin. Late 20th century. Paper size 17" x 12 3/8" (image: 15 7/8" x just under 11 1/4"). Full margins. Excellent condition. There is one small piece of tape at the top back margin edge.
David Teniers the Younger (Dutch 1610-1690) copper plate engraving of men and perhaps a woman gathered around a table in a house with a rough floor, a bed alcove and some implements on shelves and hooks.
