Offered here is a magnificent Matl necklace created by Ricardo Salas. It is the ultimate statement piece. Nineteen panels in total, each with three amethysts and sixteen turquoise cabochons. I believe this likely dates 1980's. It's signed and hallmarked, hand etched, with "Matl Mexico 925 M. Reg 142073 MS-12". When open, the inner length, not including the clasp, is just shy of 17". Width is 2 1/4". Weight is 217 grams. Collector quality.

A vintage sterling silver cuff bracelet with a central long wooden bead crafted by the well respected silversmith, Sergio Gomez, who is the nephew of Antonio Pineda.

The wooden bead is raised from the cuff and suspended between 2 silver spheres. The wooden bead measures 1 5/8" long. The cuff measures 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 1/4". Can probably be adjusted slightly. Measures 2 1/4" at the widest. Weighs 45 gr.

A finely carved and moulded Zisha clay stoneware teapot with a Tang dynasty style marbed band and with applied leaf and Prunus blossom decoration. This item was made in the vicinity of the city of Yixing, Jiangsu province, in the Yangze River Delta region of eastern China. The base carries the impressed sealmark of its maker Kuai Xin Long born 25th May 1964. Condition: excellent - no damages and no restoration. 18cm (7 inches) long; 11.5cm (4.5 inches) high.

Translucent frost white purse by Maya. This delicately styled creation of resin and crystals and pearls presents its lovely carved flowers on both front and back. Maya's beautiful work. A purse good for day or night use. The black resin body is overlaid with copper wire filigree and adds smoky topaz stones and crystal beads for additional elegance.6" wide, 4 1/2" high, 2" at deepest. Chain is 46" and, as with most Maya purse chains, it can be detached and worn as a necklace or a belt.

This bangle, no. 314, is striking. Designed by Annette Kraen for Georg Jensen, it is open at one part of the curved silver band and has five disks worked into the design. Such a dramatic bangle is rarely seen. I've not seen any since I bought it in 1986. Seven years earlier, in 1979, the bangle was first launched. It is no longer in production.
