Finely carved ball of green jade with a silver foo lion finial, with two dragons on each side, from mid 20th century era. Height of the item is 2 1/2 inches with the diameter of the ball at 1.5 inches. Condition Report; Good condition.

This scarce 2-1/2" eggcup was made by Royal Doulton, England and it is the style 2 footed version with the mark in use from 1937-53. It appears to be unused and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, damage or repairs other than a few tiny scrapes to the red overalls on the Hat & Coat side. An unusual piece, this delightful, cloth Mammy Broom Doll from the 1940's measures 12.5 inches high with a total height of 31 inches including the broom.

Mammy's wonderful, smiling face is all hand-stitched while her clothes are machine sewn. Her blouse is striped cotton, as are Mammy's head, arms, skirt, apron, and cap. Her head, arms, and upper torso have been stuffed with cotton batting...

Not quite sure how long this one will last, it still has all it's contents and unopened, however there is fair bit of wear, see pics and a few dents and eventually it may well open, so needs a final resting place and sit in someone's display cabinet!!!

Nicely made piece, I am presuming here that this is for some kind of incense, there is a hole at the side of the head where you would put your incense and smoke would then come out of the eyes... There are a couple of chops to the paint on the base, please see photos

Each turkey is brilliantly decorated in colorful paint including a metallic silver that adds touch of realism to the feathers.
