A copy of 1971's bestseller book "The Exorcist", by William Peter Blatty, published by Harper and Row, this copy in dust jacket and **SIGNED** in black marker pen by the author. This may or may not be a first edition, but apparently it is not "first state" even if it is, as the last number on the last page is a "5"...

A classic 9" by 7" black and white photo of George Burns holding a cigar, an impish grin on his face, inscribed in yellow (or ink that has faded to yellow) "Best, George Burns" at lower left. Burns (1896-1996) was an American actor, singer, and writer whose career in entertainment spanned many, many decades. With the passage of time, the photo has stuck to the glass at upper right and I am afraid to try to remove it. In a simple inexpensive frame.

This is a black and white photo, 7 1/2" by 7", (10 1/4" by 9 1/4" as simply framed), signed by hand, in ink, at lower right "Nelson Eddy". I'm offering it simply as Hollywood or Nelson Eddy memorabilia, as after comparing the signature with others viewable on line, I feel it possible that this was not actually signed by him. Condition is excellent and this is ready to hang on your wall if you are a fan of this singer...

Original movie poster, 1963, for the film "The Stripper", starring then-young Joanne Woodward, and Robert Webber, Louis Nye, and Gypsy Rose Lee. The poster measures 39 1/2" by 26" (45" by 32" framed, behind easy-ship Plexi). There is hand-numbering at bottom right, "63/123", and I do not know what to make of that since this would been unlikely to have been printed in such a low edition...
A clean fresh copy of the 2013 book "Montaro Caine", by the famed, late Bahamian-American actor SIDNEY POITIER (1927-2022). This is a first edition with clean dust jacket, signed in ballpoint pen. Poitier will be forever noted as the first African-American actor to win an Academy Award. He is renowned for his achievements in the world of acting and films, but was also a talented writer. Upon his death, there was an outpouring of commentary from figures inside and outside Hollywood.
An original HAND WRITTEN LETTER AND ENVELOPE, to a Miss Dorothy Irwin on Hollywood Blvd., written entirely in green ink, postmarked Sept. 28, 1942, around the peak of the career of famed American actress BETTE DAVIS (1908-1989), whose career spanned some 50 years...
