This is a set of nine 20th Century Dresden flower rimmed soup bowls, each handpainted with a different bouquet of Deutsche blumen within lovely shaped gilt rims, marked "Dresden" under an 8-pointed star (the mid-century mark of Adolf Hamann). Aldo Londi for Bitossi: a massive stoneware vase, thinly applied glaze to the exterior a rhombic pattern of in orange and yellow with “volcanic” effects, and a glossy glaze to the interior. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of Bitossi, the renowned Italian ceramic company. Marked 3030/537 and Italy. Height "7/ 18 cm. Condition: a few glaze flakes to the mouth rim (cf. pics).

The rimmed fruit /dessert/sauce bowls are 5 1/2" in diameter. They have pink roses, gray leaves and smooth rims with gold border.

There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.

This extraordinary and sensuous ceramic sculpture depicts a muscular young man embracing an exaggerated grape cluster. "Drunken Young Man", by Kai Nielsen for Bing & Gröndahl in Copenhagen. This sculpture was one of a series known as "Vinhosten" issued in 1912. Absolutely stunning and in mint condition. It measures 4½" (10.5cm). On the underside is incised KAI NIELSEN, 12, impressed is KOBENHAVN, B & G, the insignia of three houses. Impressed is 4024, 51C. Painted in black is Ø.775.

These 8 porcelain tea cups and saucers were produced in Hungary by Herend between 1950 and 1970. The saucers are 5 3/4 inches in diameter and the cups are 2 inches high. They are decorated with the pattern known as “Rothschild Birds”. The porcelain is molded with a raised basket weave border. Colorful birds sit in a tree with a necklace hanging from the branches. Butterflies and insects are scattered about the surface of both pieces. The handle and rims are trimmed with gold...

This interesting vase has a notch in it making it look a little like Pac Man, but giving it a very distinct form. However, we believe that it was created in a studio by excellent ceramicists who decorated the vase with free flowing green and blue glazes. German Rosenthal marked Porcelain Charger with handle, serving Platter, 12 1/4" wide include 2 handles, 11 3/4" round, not include 2 handles, 1 1/8" high, beautiful hand painted large floral decoration in brilliant gold in the center in the cobalt blue background and both handles and rim are in gold finish. Underglaze green mark "Rosenthal" "Selb-Germany, Helena" on the bottom. The condition is excellent, specially gold finish.

This porcelain miniature tureen was produced in Hungary by Herend between 1905 and 1938. It measures 5 1/4 inches across the handles and is 3 3/4 inches high. It is made of fine, hard paste porcelain. The piece is decorated with little hand painted insects and life-like fruits and vegetables. The finial on the lid is a half a lemon. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain vase was produced in Denmark by Dahl Jensen before 1970. It is 6 1/2 inches high and 5 1/4 inches wide. There are artist's initials and inventory numbers on the bottom, 104 over 396. The vase is ovoid but somewhat flattened. It has an interesting crackle glaze imitating the Chinese Satsuma style. There are stylized fruits and flowers hand painted on both sides. It is trimmed with gold, top and bottom. Condition: This handsome vase is in excellent condition.

This really pretty Dresden Duchess 8 1/2 Inch Round Serving Bowl was made by Harker China. This Bowl measures 2 1/4 inches high and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The decoration and gold trim is all very good. There is some crazing in the glaze indicative to the old china. It does not take away from the beauty of this piece.
