Traditional form with plenty of room for engraving. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, no. X1455, Reed & Barton date symbol, and phrase “Paul Revere / Reproduction”. This glorious design has a curled silver design from the rosewood to the salad spoon and fork which is repeated at the silver ends. This vintage 1940's hand hammered, hand forged 980 sterling silver bowl was designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Weighing a hefty 652 grams or 23 oz. the bowl measures 10 inches across and 2 inches high. The base measures 5 1/4" across. The rim is finished with a thick rope design. This piece is in beautiful condition & fully hallmarked for Spratling on the reverse.

A interesting Art Deco chrome wine bottle caddy in the form of a sled. The runners ensure that the caddy can be pushed easily across a table surface. The sides of the sleigh are decorated in a hammered and pierced pattern. This caddy can be used any time of year, but would be particularly nice on the Holiday table!

The classic sterling and rosewood three-piece carving set by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1944. The set usually consists of only two pieces. Set consists of a two-pronged meat fork(14" long) and two carving knives(17" and 15 1/2" long each). This is a wonderful sterling silver cigarette case with delicately engraved beautiful floral motif on the front panel. The cigarette retainer is also silver and very unique. It consist of two interlinked sections in a way that with a slight pull it forms a raised arch to access the cigarettes and with another push retains the stable position...

A large sterling silver bowl from Atelier Borgila, Erik Fleming in Stockholm, Sweden. This was a 1941 Presentation Gift from General Motors Imports, inscription on bottom as shown. Measures about 5 1/2" tall, 7 1/2" across and weighs about 737 grams. Has decorative engraving on one side and a gold wash in the interior. Very good condition, does show a little wear and light scratches. In its original presentation box. Fine example of Scandinavian design from this workshop.

This heavy 6" long (spout to handle) footed pitcher weighs 175.4 grams (6.2 ounces) and it has the JEB maker's mark for James Edward Barry. Pair of 24'' tall brass church candle holders with exceptional detailing featuring a cross on the base. This is an older pair, no later than first half of 20th century and quite heavy. They have been lacquered, so you don't need to polish them. They were lamped in the 1970's. and I purchased them as lamps 10 years ago and opted to use them as candleholders. This Mangus Aase "Rose" cream or bouillon ladle is 6.5" long The bowl is 2 7/8" long by 1 1/2" wide. It is hallmarked K.W.830s Mangus Aase symbol NM. The NM is the generic mark which roughly translates as design copyright. The mark was used from 1876-1953.

Notice the hook on the reverse and that this ladle has a gold wash bowl. It is also hallmarked 18-7-1931.

This is an absolutely stunning sterling silver cigarette case which has been elaborately decorated with engraved raised floral motif on the front and back panel, with presentation mark engraved on the front panel. It has a gilt interior with two cigarette retainer, it is hallmarked with a dagger going through letter B, which I don't know what dose it stand for. A modernist pair of Sterling Silver salt and pepper shakers by Rancho Alegre. Main portion is in a brushed texture contrasting with the bottom disks which are shiny and smooth. The very top parts are shiny also. Measure 3" tall and 1 1/2" across the bottom. Signed Rancho Alegre, Sterling, Taxco and 925. Also signed N. Giles on the bottom of one, probably for the designer. Nice condition with some minor tarnish. Pre eagle, 1948. Fine Mid Century feel.
