A Siam style budha cast bronze head made at Bien Hoa professional School in Vietnam circa 1930. Nice reproduction and beautiful patina. The Bien Hoa school was created in 1906 by French administrators who, seeing Vietnamese art and culture disappear during colonization, wanted to safeguard this important Vietnamese artistic heritage. The school was therefore created, it housed hundreds of Annamese students who became sculptors, painters, ceramists, cabinetmakers etc.....

A Large Hammered Sterling Silver 1927 Golf Trophy from Sedlacek & Co. in Los Angeles. Blue enamel logo "A G C" with golf clubs. Engraved "Invitational Tournament 1927" and "Second Flight Winner." Measures about 9 1/4" across and 7" tall. Weighs about 37 ounces, this is not the silver weight, as the base is weighted. Impressive piece, being sold as-found, has dings to top edge, crimping and excess solder where bowl is attached to pedestal and scattered flaws. Nice period example.

A set of six sterling silver coffee spoons by Asprey & Co. Each spoon has a brownish-black bakelite “coffee bean”—a decorative device popular in England during the Art Deco period. Each spoon is fully hallmarked for Asprey, 1931. The spoons are presented in their original silk- and velvet-lined fitted box, the lid of which is imprinted “Asprey/166 Bond St/London”.

Being offered is a circa 1936 sterling silver salad set by William Spratling of Taxco, Mexico. Handwrought silver salad fork and spoon attached to carved wood handles. These bear the early 'Taxco Mexico' mark that was used between 1933-1940. Dimensions: 12 inches long by 2 inches wide. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. All sterling silver pastry server in Georg Jensen's 1927 "Viking" pattern (called "Nordisk" in Danish). This is one of the very rarest of all the Jensen patterns, and was designed by Jensen himself.
