A French Art Deco cocktail pick set in the form of a chrome lyre with red bakelite-topped cocktail picks forming the instrument’s strings. The whole is set on a mahogany base. Sets such as this were used on bar and café counters to serve cocktail garnishes, canapés or even escargot.

Number 9 in a series of 12 Fornasetti plates commissioned in the 1970’s by Martini & Rossi. Each plate depicts an item in their wine museum in Pessione, in this case the first barrel – Il Primo Tino - used for the fabrication of the famous Martini vermouth. Pessione is a village in northern Italy, not far from Torino. The back of the plate gives a contextual presentation of the plate and has the Fornasetti brush in hand mark. Diameter "9 ¼ / 23.7 cm. Condition: fine.

This is a well made solid back necklace that measures 19.5" from J hook to eye and weighs 1.1 Oz or 31 Grams. Some say this is one of the earliest Florence mark, but how when they worked in 800 not 925 silver? The pendant part from the crown down measures 2.5 X 1.25" wide...

These perfume bottles have no marks other than the paper labels which indicate they are Irving W. Rice & Co imports. However, these stoppers were found in an illustration of Irving W. Rice & Co of New York catalog from 1935.

These bottles are in excellent condition. They are 7" tall.
