A silver spoon, the shape of traditional Russian type with a long handle and egg-shaped gilt bowl, the modernist pattern pointing towards the 1960’s. Russian (Soviet era) hallmark 875 with star and Cyrillic B plus another mark with the letters B and Yu. Weight 38 grams, length "6½/ 16,5 cm. Condition: a few scratch marks to the bowl.

Salad-size stoneware bowl from the Danish Hjorth factory, c 1920 to 30. Light grey glaze and Art Deco stylized floral decoration in blue to the exterior, the interior with a central ornament in blue, yellow and brown. Height "4½/ 11 cm, diameter "7½/ 19,5 cm. Impressed marks: L.Hjorth, deer mark, Denmark and Z 50 (model number?). Condition: wear to rim and some glaze blisters.

This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl before 1980. It has a model number 2406. The bird is 5 inches high. It is a true to life nuthatch you might find at your bird feeder. He is perched on a tree stump facing down. They always walk facing down on trees. The modeling has fine detail with attention to feathers and texture. The bird is hand painted and very natural. Early 1950's silver plate and enamel bowl, designed by Henning Koppel. This model was produced in more than one color and size and by more than one Danish silverware producer, the foremost being Georg Jensen. This bowl is marked (illegible)…dröste and Denmark. Diameter "4 ½ / 11.2 cm and height "2 ¼ / 6 cm. Condition: some wear to the silvered surface as expected (cf. pics).

Italian tile in the style of Aldo Londi for Bitossi. Relief-moulded and stamped decoration of a horse, the glaze partly bubbly and iridescent. Unmarked, but with "1972" in writing. Length "6 ¼/ 15,5 cm, width "4 ½/ 12,5 cm. Condition: minimal chips to lower rim as seen on photo.

An Italian 1950's whimsical bottle-shaped vase, Fantoni style. Covered with dark green leather leaving two reserves with enameled still life decoration of, to one side, fruit and to the other a group of vessels in modernist style, the interior blue-glazed. Unmarked. Height "9½/ 24 cm. Condition: fine.

Double-handled jar by Giovanni Desimone. Decoration of a fish in "Picassoesque" style. Glaze in yellow, orange, red and green over white, c 1960. Signed Desimone. Diameter without handles "5 ¾/ 14,5 cm, height "5 ½"/14 cm. Condition: fine.

Basket weave rectangular cache-pot/flower pot and interior liner by Waechtersbach. Decoration of green dots and a printed flower border in late Art Nouveau or Jugendstil style, also running over the handles of the pot. The liner left undecorated. Impressed shield mark and printed blue mark "Wächtersbach" and a black printed mark, possibly a year mark for 1923, December. Width including handles "7¼/ 18,5 cm, height "2¼/ 5,5 cm. Condition: a hairline visible from the inside of one handle.

Art Deco sculptural vase: young “exotic” girl with a water jar, by Lore Friedrich Gronau for Karlsruhe, dark reddish-brown clay, partly glazed, a kind of faience. Figurines by sculptress and ceramist LFG (1908-2002) for Rosenthal and Karlsruhe often depict dancing or reclining women. Height "4 ¾ / 12 cm. Raised Karlsruhe mark and model number 3739 plus Made in Germany in black. Condition: small repair to the rim of the jar (cf. pics)...

The set is made of fine quality porcelain. There is a basket-weave motif molded into the porcelain. The rim of the cup is scalloped. It is decorated with a form of “pink onion” design in raspberry color. The pattern is quite intricate and is accented with gold...

The blown amber bowl snuggles firmly into the cut-out chrome basket the young woman holds. The nude shows flowing, textured hair, and a wisp of a smile. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1116B fan vase in honey yellow green. (This color is a yellow ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) The vase is approximately 7 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. Decorative paté jar, the lid of which is topped by a reclining, sleepy duck. Made around 1920 by Heubach, an old family business in Thuringia, Germany. Octagonal and hand painted with panels of stylized roses. In all, the design is between Art Nouveau / Jugendstil and Art Déco. With the printed Heubach Kunst Porzellan mark in use from 1910 to 1945, and impressed model number 10828. Height with the duck "4 ¼ / 11 cm and diameter "4 ¾ / 12 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Hungary by the Herend Factory between 1950 and 1970. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The set has a molded swirl and basket weave pattern in the porcelain. It is hand painted with brightly colored flowers and fruits. There are tiny insects dotting the inside of the cup and on the outside of the saucer. They don’t eat too much. Condition: Excellent

This pretty pink Double Rib and Panel 6 inch diameter Handled Basket was made by Heisey Glass. This Basket measures 8 1/2 inches high. It is signed the the H in Diamond on the bottom and is in very good condition with no cracks, scratches or cloudiness. There is one pin head size flea bite on the inner rim at the top of the basket.
