This porcelain figural group was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1946. It has the number 1228 incised on the bottom. It is 7 1/4 inches high, 6 1/4 inches long, and 3 inches wide at the base. The fellow riding the goat is taken from the Hans Christian Anderson stories. This piece is cold painted in lifelike enamel paint by hand. The colors are rich and vibrant. This is a first quality porcelain in excellent condition.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by Meissen before 1930. It has a diameter of 10 inches. The plate has a scalloped rim and a deep well. A nice bronze trumpet vase by Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a mottled green, and the lower part of the vase is enhanced with parallel bands of various widths. A matching band appears around the outer top rim. Sorensen made a variety of decorative metalwares, but little is known about him. He worked in Pennsylvania, and his pieces were possibly sold by Roycroft and Tiffany. The base is signed “Carl Sorensen” and also has his hallmark.

This Northwood grape and cable 9" ruffled bowl can be identified as a varian because of the tendrils that sneak into the otherwise plain center. The shape of the grape bunces is quite different. It has a collar base and basketweave exterior.

George V sterling silver and pink guilloche enamel vanity set. Made by Charles S. Green & Co., Ltd in Birmingham in 1927-8. This set comprises 4 pieces: Hand mirror, hairbrush, clothes brush, and button hook. Mirror and hairbrush have armorial backs and tapering and fluted silver handles with vasiform finials.
