Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 5 1/2 inch goblet in French Crystal.(French Crystal is high polish figures against a satin finish background - named because of the Lalique quality this finish gives the glass.) This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The cup features an entwined branch handle. Both pieces are expertly hand painted with realistic flowers that are brightly colored. The cup and saucer have matching flowers. The rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality set.

This Towle sterling napkin ring is 1 7/8" high and 1 1/4" in diameter. It is marked sterling on the inside along with the Towle logo and the number 8680. The beaded edge makes the napkin ring very attractive. The ring is engraved "Frances C. Tyler" .

The WMF / Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik also made some outstanding art glass in 1926-1936, of which Myra Kristall and Ikora are the foremost series. Myra glass was treated to the surface with silver nitrate and metal salts to create rich and varied iridized effects. The inside of this Myra bowl with its lobed sides is a blueish silver green in daylight, the outside has got additional purple shades. Diameter "6 ½ / 16.5 cm and height "3 ½ / 9 cm.
