This purse was purchased from a very fine estate sale, and the quality of this Judith Jack purse reflects the sale from which it came. The marquisite (pyrite) is "grade A" mined in South America. The stones are hand set in sterling silver. The design and craftsmanship are superb. The lining repeatedly presents Judith Jack's name. The metal cartouche says "Judith Jack, made in Italy." Purse is 5 1/2" by 4 5/8". 1 1/2" front to back. Beaded chain is 11 1/2" end to end.
This small, sterling silver container has a basket weave pattern and a nice patina. It stands 2 3/4" tall. The bottom is marked with the eagle assay with 3. It is also marked TAXCO MEXICO 925, in a circle with the maker's mark in the middle: looks like a stylized FS. It is in excellent condition.
The diameter of the bottom is 1 3/4". The top's diameter is 2 1/8". it weighs 1 ounce.

Japanese glass ojime in a form of tombodama bead with bright red flowers floating in a stream, fine gols foil flakes background. Tombodama can be translated as “dragonfly ball” and the name is thought to come about because when the molten glass is applied to the core bead it resembles a dragonfly’s eye. This is real bone carving panel/painting depicting dragons playing with fire ball. At the back of it is the chinese character of Fok and 5 bats surrounding it. Made using animal bones put together and it is of vintage age artwork made, the polychrome colour pigment is applied on it, it is already fading away and it has its' nice old patina and feel, the two fierce dragons are positioned nicely among clouds and landscape, quite lifely....please enquire.

It features a full skirt with multiple inserted triangular panels (over 300) and is embellished with beads, buttons, metal trinkets and amulets...
