A nice Japanese bronze suiteki or water dropper in the shape of a coin. In very good condition, it measures about 2 inches long and a little over an inch high. Dates circa 1930's.

Pair of unusual 1930s Japanese sterling silver salt and pepper shakers in a shape of Amida Buddha sitting with his hands in jo-in mudra - hand gesture signifying concentration. Excellent quality work, great faces and textile lines. Sliding door on the bottom, marked STERLING 950. Excellent design, very well made, wonderful table objects. Height 2.1 inches, weight of the two 54 grams.

Japanese E. to Mid 20th century bronze vase by IPPOU. The vase has the design of various sea life creatures, such as octopus and a variety of fish done in fine design and detail. Signed IPPOU on bottom. The vase measures 8 3/4" tall and 5 1.2" in diameter.

The Newport or Hairpin pattern was made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's. The color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1106 creamer in emerald green. Perfect condition, serving pieces are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can. I also have other items available so email if you need something in Catalonian.

Elegant Japanese bronze art deco vase with scalloped lip from the 1930s. The vase has 8 faces that start as an octagon at the base and rise up to a bulbous form. Unmarked vase. It measures 16.25" tall 6.5" wide at top.

This powder jar was designed by Charles H. Oestreich of Brooklyn NY: the design was patented January 13, 1931. There is a pink elephant on the lid and the jar has an overall frosted finish. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more Depression era dresser items.
