A Chinese jade bead necklace with a central large celadon jade carved medallion. These jadeite beads are graduated in size and are a lovely medium green with natural veining throughout.

Chinese carved and pierced jade plaque mounted on a carved wooden stand. This stone is a pale green with white and lavender striations. The carving depicts Shou Lao holding a peach in his right hand and a staff in his left hand standing by a rock and a pine tree. This piece was given to wish longevity to the recipient. Shou Lao is the immortal of longevity in the Taoist belief. This plaque is a striated jadeite

A Chinese bronze temple gong, made in the Ming Dynasty style with mark of the Xuande Emperor (15th century). The bell having a kylin form hanging loop, cylindrical body with floral banding and kylin motifs and cast with the inscription, “Made in the Emperors name, Ming Dynasty – Your marriage will be recorded for ever.” Held in a carved wood frame.

A pair of Chinese turquoise and aubergine glazed phoenix standing on pierced bases in the Kangxi style (1662-1722), the base stamped 'Made in China'.

Condition: Very good condition. The top of the crown on one of the birds broke off and has been re-glued back on. And on the other bird, the bottom part of the beak has broken off.

This is an antique Chinese ink painting of young bamboo in fan form on silk done in shades of black ink with 3 seals in red. This is a lovely rendering, with subtle brush work as well as decisive strong definition.

Size: Approximately 16 cm high by 46 cm long

Condition: This painting is old and exhibits the normal signs of aging. Visible wear and discolouration on the ribs, with some minor foxing throughout. No tears or missing pieces.

Chinese Qianlong blue on white under-glaze octagonal porcelain plate with a landscape design. The base is glazed white.

Large pair of antique figurine 3-tiered candelabra set depicting a man on one and a woman on the other sitting on a tree stump with each holding a lamb in their lap. Numerous flowers and vines are arranged on the tree and around its branches giving a rich setting to the candelabra. This is extended to the ground around the figures. Glazed all over in a rich white. The base is recessed and glazed the same with the base rim left unglazed. There are no markings on the set.

This is a rare antique porcelain figurine glazed all over in white depicting a courtship couple sitting on a large rock with a young sheep at their feet. This figurine was made by the Ernst Bohne Sohne Rudolstadt Volkstedt plant in Germany in the mid to late 19th century. At the back of the figurine near the base is a blue 5 prong crown with the letter "N" written in under-glaze blue. Hand painted vase made by the Alexandra Porcelain Works, Ernest Wahliss in Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia, c. 1911-1912. This vase depicts a maiden walking with her ducks in a country setting on one side while the other side continues with the country scene. A pair of Chinese Blanc de Chine figures of recumbent females, each lying on a large lotus leaf on a rock bed and with partial crackle. Their left hands are raised gently supporting their heads and in their right hands, laying by their side they are clasping the ties of their robes. These figures have very small differences between them.

Large green stoneware model of a standing horse, done in Tang style, covered in a rich crackled green glaze, on an integral rectangular base. The base is unusual having a central piercing & being built up rather than simply flat as in the originals.

Condition: There is some wear to the glaze and slight chipping. I am not sure if one of the ears on the lions has been repaired or if the yellow glaze covering has just chipped away.

Pair of large Chinese porcelain blue and white beaker vases in the Kangxi style. Each is decorated all around in under-glaze blue lotus blooms and flowering prunus on a white ground. The inside of each is glazed white. The base glazed the same with a double circle in under-glaze blue. These vases are quite large and heavy.

Blanc de Chine statue of Guanyin holding a flowering lotus stem in her right hand dressed in flowing windswept robes standing on a base of rolling waves, standing on a lotus pod. Her open robes reveal a beaded necklace. Glazed all over in white with the inside left bare. At the base, the faint stamp of "CHINA" is engraved. The statue and the base appear to have been made separate and then luted together.

Large porcelain statue of Guanyin with a serene expression looking down dressed in flowing windswept robes standing on a lotus pod . Her left hand gently holding her robe and in her right hand holding a basket containing two removable fish. Glazed in a thick off-white with a light grey crackle throughout. The inside left bare. Made in the Jingdezhen kilns. On the inside of the base the word "CHINA" stamped in red.

Unique Chinese yixing teapot with rondels of marbled clay surrounding the teapot and on the cover. The spout and the handle are modelled in a bamboo design with a pig finial on the lid. There is a four character impressed mark on the base, as well as a different four character impressed mark on the underside of the lid.

Age: Purchased as an antique teapot. Actual age is not known

A pair of Chinese porcelain sancai glazed models of Pheonix with each perched upon a flowering tree trunk. These Chinese porcelain figures of birds are typical of the examples made for export to the West during the latter part of the 19th century or into the 20th century, influenced by Ming pieces with sancai or three color glazes.

Chinese thinly potted famille-rose enamelled vase on a lime green graviata ground with five figures in different poses surrounding. The top rim is edged in gilt. The inside and the base are glazed in turquoise blue. The base has a four character mark in iron red surrounded by a single iron red square border.

Size is 10-1/8" high by 7-7/8" diameter

Condition: The gilt edging at the top rim is worn in places and there are some frits. The enamels show some minor wear.

Pair of Chinese mirror image porcelain lantern vases painted in qianjiang enamels showing a scholar and his student in a garden setting with the student offering the scholar a flower branch. There is writing on each vase in black and on the base is a six character mark in iron red.

Condition of these vases is good with no chips or breaks. The black writing has faded.
