A Chinese Ming Dynasty-style gold speckled and patinated bronze six lobed and tripod censer, marked in seal script 'Xuande'.

Condition: Well used, there is a crack on the underside of one of the lobes - please refer to pictures

A chinese garlic head stoneware vase covered in a qingbai glaze. The body incised with peonies among various leaves. The glaze pooling in the recesses and continuing on the inside on the upper part only with the remaining left unglazed. The base and rim left unglazed. The body covered in a crackle.

Chinese large chrysanthemum formed deep bowl with rounded sides covered all over in a Clare du Lune glaze. The glaze thinning on the ribs in the interior and pooling between the petals on the exterior. The base glazed white.

Finely potted with steep sides rising from a short straight foot. The interior crisply impressed moulded in high relief with a central medallion with a lotus bloom circled by a key fret band. The main band of the bowl on the inside has two phoenix flying amid scrolling flower blossoms beneath another key fret band circling the upper rim...

Pair of fine rare mallow shaped bowls, thinly potted. The steep, gently rounded sides neatly divided into six even lobes raised on a slightly tapering high foot. Covered all over in a pale blue glaze with the top rim left bare and bordered in gilt...

Chinese blue and white jar featuring 3 separate panels surrounded by prunus blossoms. One of the panels contains a scholar with his student in an outdoors setting. Another panel contains precious objects, while the third panel contains items for the alter. The outside of the top rim has been left unglazed, while the inside of the jar has been glazed white. The base glazed white also, with the base rim left unglazed

Pair of Chinese lotus bloom plates with a central medalion of a large lotus bloom surrounded by Bianco-sopra-bianco vines. The collar of the plate bordered in prunus with 4 evenly spaced cartouche of assorted flowers. The underside undecorated.

Chinese square "Wu Shuang Pu" vase with each side depicting a different figure (with inscriptions in black ink along with red seals. The neck of the vase carries a cartouche with a poem on each side. The vase is glazed in white throughout with the base rim left unglazed. Two sides of the vase have a dog head handle with static rings in gilt...

Antique thinly potted Chinese porcelain bowl with a fluted rim edged in gilt. The outside of the bowl is divided into panels with each panel containing a floral design in famille rose. The inside of the bowl contains one large motif with fruits and bats. The base is glazed with a Yongzheng (1723-1735) mark in underglaze blue surrounded by double blue circles.

Chinese antique 6 lobed armorial plate featuring a center coat of arms surrounded by flower clusters intermixed with Bianco-sopra-bianco scrolling throughout. The outer rim is edged in gilt. The underside left bare. The base holds the marking for the inventory collection of Augustus the Strong of Saxony.

Large antique Chinese famille verte bowl decorated on the outside with assorted flowers and the Shou symbol on a white glazed ground. The inside has similar smaller leaves, also glazed white. The base holds an iron red endless knot.

A large Chinese antique powder blue bowl, the blue decorated with gilt, the base with a Lozenge mark, one of the Eight Precious Symbols and a symbol of Victory and Success, in a double circle, underglaze blue. The interior has famille verte floral motifs.

Chinese antique pair of Blanc de Chine praying children figures. The figure of the young boy holds his hands in prayer and the young girl carries a devotional offering. Each carries two impressed marks on their backs.

Chinese antique Blanc de Chine figure of laughing Budai seated with 5 small children climbing over him.

The bald-headed, large-bellied Buddhistic monk is depicted laughing and seated on a double lotus pedestal bare-chested, holding a sceptre and surrounded by five children clambering over him . The glaze a white tone. The back is impressed with two seal marks, one double-gourd-shaped, Dehua, and one square 'fisherman' mark.

The base holds a blue and white underglaze 6 character Kangxi mark.

Chinese antique blue and white vase decorated on opposite side with a lady reading among flowers in a garden setting, and on the other sides birds and flowers within a terrace overhang. The panels are separated by decorative borders of floral scroll, between further floral borders on the neck and base. Signed with a 4 character mark in underglaze blue on the base

Chinese porcelain cache pot done in famille rose with birds among flowers. The top rim highlighted in iron red butterflies and vines with fruits. Standing on raised corner mounts with a stamped red Qianlong mark and China on the glazed bottom.

Chinese Gold Crystalline Glaze Vase fully glazed on the inside with the base left unglazed. This vase was made by Sun Chao (1911 - ) Republic of China and was presented by Lt. Huang Shih-Chung of Taiwan to the previous owners.

Chinese hu vase covered on the outside in a yellow crackle with deer head handles. The inside glazed yellow in the neck region only with the balance glazed white. Unglazed base and base rim. The deer head handles have vent holes underneath.

A Chinese cylinder vase with horizontal ribs over the body. The body a light celadon glaze with a GE glaze stopping neatly just above the base. The glaze covering the inside as well as the base with the base rim dressed in a brown foot. The base of the vase holds an incised mark under the glaze.

A 'famille noire' jar and cover painted with the Eight Horses of Mu Wang against a black ground with scattered green foliage interspersed with the eight Buddhist treasure symbols and prunus flowers. The inside glazed white. The base glazed white with a double blue underglaze circle.

Chinese celadon tea caddy with pewter rim, insert and top cap. The body of the jar incised with a phoenix. The celadon of a light green colour stopping evenly at the base rim. The base glazed in the same celadon colour.

A Chinese Ming Dynasty-style gold speckled and patinated bronze 8 lobed tripod censer, marked. The base holds a four character Xuande(1426-1435). This censer is quite heavy.

Height: 7 cm, Width: 12 cm

Age: Early Republic or earlier

Condition: Well used, but in very good condition

Chinese elegant Dingware vase. The rounded body tapering towards the tall cylindrical base, surmounted by a slender, gently waisted neck with a boldly flared scalloped rim. Covered all over in a creamy-white glaze. Freely carved with peony and lotus blossoms with comb-etchings all around.

The base rim left unglazed with the base glazed showing the characteristic glaze tear-drops. The inside left unglazed revealing the white clay.

A Chinese porcelain blue and white "boys" bowl. In the center well, a boy is riding on the back of a bull. The outside of the bowl displays boys playing in different activities, all between double blue line borders. The base has a Tianqi four-character mark and is possibly of the period.

A fine lime green ground famille rose bottle vase.

The vase is finely potted with a globular body rising from a slightly splayed foot to a long cylindrical neck. The body is decorated with large lotus blossoms each flanked by a pair of kui dragons and divided by lotus sprays, between a band of ruyi-heads and upright lappets, all against a bright lime-green ground. The pattern is similarly repeated on the neck, above a pink-ground band decorated with florettes and scrolls, flanked b...

A very fine Chinese underglaze blue and copper red Meiping vase painted with two pomegranate sprays, a lychee and floral spray, with a collar of lotus panels around the shoulder and a leaf border to the footrim.

Marks: Blue Qianlong underglaze six character mark to base

Condition: Excellent,no noticeable cracks or breaks. There is a very small section of the double line above the bottom border leaf design that burned away during the firing.

Thickly potted deep bowl covered all over in a light sea green glaze. Recessed base is covered in the same glaze with the base rim left bare.

Approximate size is 70 mm high by 150 mm diameter

Large low bowl with foliated rim done in underglaze blue on white ground. The center design has a bird perched on a rock with flowering trees. Thinly potted.

Age: Kraak period, Wanli reign (1563 - 1620)

Condition: Good with expected wear. No cracks or breaks. Some fritting on the edges.

Size is 11-7/8" diamter by 2-1/2" high

Chinese porcelain dish painted in famille rose enamels with flowers. On the base a Guangxu six character mark in iron red.

Size is approximate 18-1/2 cm diameter by 3-1/2 cm high
