A Chinese export famille rose wall vase, featuring a poem and a Mandarin lady with her children. The inside and the back is glazed in turquoise blue. The rims are dressed in gilt. On the recessed base, there is a six character Qianlong mark in iron red.

Size: Approximately 8-1/8" high by 4-3/8" wide by 2-5/8" depth

Age: Late Qing Dynasty

Condition: Very good condition. Some gilt and enamel wear.

A pair of Chinese blanc-de-chine 'heron' candlesticks each perched among folliage with flowers and other wildlife.

Size: Height: 19.75 inches, Width: 7 inches, Depth: 5 inches

Age: 19th Century

Condition: Good condition. One of the herons has the top of his crown broken off and there are small areas of chips and cracks which are normal for this size and age.

Chinese double gourd vase painted in famille rose with a design of plum rose flowers against a cracked ice design in gilt. Large antique hand enamelled painted blue milk glass vase with central picture of a two daisies with surrounding foliage. The reverse left bare, as well as the base. No markings.

A Chinese circular porcelain plaque decorated brightly with a variety of birds, both large & small, among flowering peony & rocks with a short text above, mounted in a wood panel.

Size: The plaque is 8-1/2" diameter. Complete with frame it is approximately 16" square

Condition: Very good condition

Age: Late Qing Dynasty to Republic

Tea bowl, thinly potted with apricots on leafy branches surrounding the cup on a white ground. The inside left bare. The top rim done in gilt. The bottom rim decorated with an additional gilt circle bordered in iron red. The base with Guangxu six character mark in iron red.

Purchased as an Imperial Mark and Period

Condition: Very good condition, no breaks or cracks...

Pair of Chinese jade celadon carved vases with ring handles and covers. The overall carved design on the hexagon shaped vases are flower branches. The covers carry a lotus bud finial with similar carving.

Size: Approximately 8" high

Condition: Overall in generally good condition, some nicks. I believe that one of the rings has broken off and is missing.

Age: Qing Dynasty to Republic

Chinese Peking glass ovoid snuff bottle in good egg yolk colour, decorated in relief with flowers, foliage & sprays of peaches throughout. Recessed base with Yixing type stopper.

Age: 19th century or later

Antique Chinese porcelain waterpot handpainted in famille rose enamels on a white ground with peonies and prunus flowers with butterflies flying above. Glazed in white on the inside as well as the base. On the base is a four character Qianlong mark in overglaze blue surrounded by double borders.

Condition: Very good condition, no breaks or cracks

Size: 4" diameter

Pair of Chinese cloisonne baluster vases with matching covers. Designed all over with fish swimming among lotus pods and other foilage on a white background. Ruyi shoulder design. The insides are enamelled in a dark blue. The rims and bases in copper. The covers designed the same with the same blue enamel on the inside.

Condition: These are in good overall condition. There is some slight wear to the enamels...

Large Chinese baluster vase done in tones of under-glaze blue. The scene on this vase goes all round it and is done between multiple layers of borders. The main scene is all plants and trees.

The inside is thinly glazed. The base rim is unglazed, as well as the base. From the pictures it looks rough, but it is quite smooth.

The condition of this vase is very good. There are some places on the top rim where the glaze has skipped over...

Pair of Chinese porcelain hat stands with a central figure of a foo dog done in iron red enamels with green eyes with pups playing around. One of the hat stands carries writing in black ink at the top. The other has a poem in black ink on the reverse. Glazed white on the insides and on the base with the base rims left unglazed. Hand painted vase made by the Alexandra Porcelain Works, Ernest Wahliss in Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia, c. 1911-1912. This vase depicts a maiden walking with her ducks in a country setting on one side while the other side continues with the country scene. It is hand signed by the artist "....... der Classen" at the bottom of the main scene. The base of the vase carries the seal of the factory, along with it's manufacturing identifying marks.
