This is a Wan shaped tea bowl made of coarse, unrefined clay with a high content of iron oxide. The clay shows impurities and stones - some of them have exploded ('ishihaze'). This is a very nice and very old Buddha statue from Lopburi depicted with royal attire such as crown, ear rings, belt , necklace and more. The Buddha is sitting in a position of calling the earth to witness.
