A Houtien jade pendent was in flat cicada shape.
With original drilling holes at the tip for hanging, the jade piece was covered with unique black stone crust comparing to milky white tint of the pebble.
It was preserved in very good condition with one minute restoration to the lower right rim and some frets in a limited way.
They were caused from old age.

The body of the figure appears human with hands resting on bent knees and feet tucked under. Carved of pale green jade with orange rind and striations. This rare carved jade archaic burial ornament is 4 7/16” long, 1 11/16” high and 3/16” thick. It was carved on both sides. It depicts a stylized beast with small wings, a small long tailed beast is hanging on its body. It has a very nice patina, especially on its tail. It is in great condition.

This is a pale celadon and russet jade plaque, dating to the Qing dynasty. The piece is entirely worked by hand, with no indication of modern/machine carving (or re-carving). It measures 2-1/2 inches in length and has been perforated lengthwise to permit it to be strung with a cord and worn. The reverse side has been carved with a series of symbols. This is an authentic nephrite jade dragon pendant measuring 3-1/2" in length and 2-3/8" in width. The stone is somewhat more olive in tone than is shown in the photographs. The sinuous dragon is situated on a bi disc which is beautifully carved on the underside, as shown in the photographs. The jade is a grayish-green nephrite and is truly the work of a highly accomplished artist. It measures some 3" in length and is 2" in height (7.5cm X 5cm). 1/4" in depth (1mm). A real beauty! A rare Han jade carving of a mythical beast that is part dragon, lion with the head of a dragon and the body of a lion. These jades a very rare. Condition: very good. no breaks. Size: See last photo.

A beautifully colored mottled nephrite jade disc (sword-pommel) in colors of cream, rust and grey. In the center is a small hole encircled by flower petals. A double-lined rim borders the outer rim of the petals. A band of C-curl patterns extend to the double-lined outer rim. This is an authentic archaic Chinese nephrite jade sword fitting, typical of the style of the Han dynasty, which would have been attached to the pommel of a sword. The obverse features an animal, a tiger or a bear, in profile, while the reverse has a six-character inscription, now somewhat worn. The piece is drilled biconically from top to bottom for attachment. It measures 1-1/2" wide by 1-1/4" in height. Depth is approximately 1/2" (4cm X 3cm X 1mm)...

A rare and nicely carved Pyu green fluorite elephant.Fluorite is one of the most collectible and highly sought after crystals in the world, loved by mineralogists and metaphysical healers alike. Its remarkable cubes are at times, almost too perfect to believe, emerging like magic treasure in matrix rock, or tightly stacked cube on cube like a futuristic city in miniature...

This is an example of a well-known type of Neolithic jade ornament from the Hongshan culture. The piece is of a pale green nephrite with brown inclusions and some minor calcification. It measures 2-3/4" in height and is 1-3/4" at the widest point. The piece has an exceptionally smooth, polished feel and is almost paper thin. There are, of course, no traces of any metal tools having been used and the piece has the characteristic tapering to the holes...

This is an exceptionally well carved authentic neolithic jade axe, or possibly an amulet, considering its size. The piece measures some 5-3/4" in length (14.5cm)and is just over 2" at the highest point. The stone is a grayish-green nephrite with some calcification. The "blade" is unsharpened, although polished to a tapering edge from both sides of the piece. The three holes were formed by a conical drill from one side only. This piece is guaranteed to be archaic to the original purchaser.

This is an authentic nephrite bead from the Warring States period decorated on all four sides with a meandering design, bracketed by inverted "t" shapes. It measures some 3-1/4" in length and is perforated it's entire length, suitable for suspension or wearing. Some calcification is noted.
