A lovely cake or desert stand made from a Kangxi blue and white plate paired with silver plate mountings. Worked with a sea monster centerpiece, this piece was made by Fleuron of France.

All original bronze hardware with straight dovetail joinery and hardened wooden nail construction. Rare Chinese Northern Zhou Dynasty Painted Pottery Horse & Rider
This attractive pottery model of a horse and rider was made during the Northern Zhou Dynasty (AD 557 - 581). It is made from a relatively high-fired reddish pottery that has been "cold painted" in a base coat of white pigment on top of which have been applied red, pink and black pigments. Chinese yixing teapot from Tek Sing shipwreck. 14,5 cm wide. 6 cm high. Good conditions. No lid.
Head of a moustached nobleman, wearing an elaborate turban, with an interesting mixture of Greek and Indian features. Grey schist. Pakistan, Gandhara Graeco-Buddhist period, 1st to 3rd century. The head is nicely munted on a custom stand. Height (without stand): 4 1/2" (11,4 cm). Nose and chin slightly chipped, otherwise good condition.
A large Chinese Ming style two colour lacquer tray. Carved with a central scene of figures greeting a procession of riders on horseback. 19thC. Diameter: 15" ( 38.1 cm ). Condition: one horse with chips to two legs, chip to carrying pole of brazier and corner of one roof. Two corners with chips.
