A good Song dynasty longquan celadon large bowl with carved lotus petals motif, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, decorate with carved lotus petals motif at the exterior, covered with good green celadon glaze color, good condition no chip no crack no restoration, good solid high ping sound with finger tip, slightly wrap, size: 21 cm diameter.

Gorgeously hand carved out, this antique peking glass has a beautiful egg yolk colored background that is hand polished with deep aubergine, and delicate visible brush strokes, modeling the fine craftmanship. Washer is covered with two stylized bats, a good fortune Shaou design, and Chinese coin design wishing good wealth. Top banding has a ringed chinese key design in aubergine color and base banding shows a ring of lotus petal...
On offer is this exquisite old Chinese bronze Buddha, made in the early 19th century during Qing Dynasty.
Good expression, great details! Most of the original gilt is still conserved.

This round turned wooden dish is lacquered a rich red on the face and black on the back, and set on a turned wood pedestal that is lacquered black on the exterior and interior. This was an item made for frequent use, perhaps for serving food, or also for displaying festival paraphernalia on certain occasions. Very fine and rare statue of smiling Liu Hai dancing on a square base, with his three-legged toad at his feet. He is holding a vase in his left hand and a half coin in his right hand. Bronze, nice, partly encrusted green patina. China, Ming Dynasty. Height: 5 1/4" (13,3 cm). Very good condition.
This is one of the best Shounai-Noren used in Shonai, Yamagata area for Edo period.
As for the hemp of this item, a delicate thread spun by hand is used.
The pattern is full of Chadougu which was popular in Shikoku.
Chadougu is an instrument used at tea ceremony.
The Chadougu design reached shounai by a goods-carrying merchant ship.
The artist Fujita displayed cloth full of Chadougu in the atelier of Japan. There was the picture near a great painter without sense of incongruity...
Beautiful Japanese Kuri Tansu made of rich chestnut with black lacquer on frontal frame, sides, and top. Contains four big drawers for ample storage space. Decorated with four iron lock fixtures on each drawer in the shape of Japanese fans. Tansu has two iron side handles for carrying. From Meiji Period (1868-1912)

Antique Japanese gyosho bako (merchant's chest) made from kiri wood with a dark brown lacquer on its exterior, iron corner hardware, side handles, door hinges, and front lock. Its front door swings open to reveal a large storage compartment with a locked drawer below. The inside of the door has the antiquated remains of a paper sheet, printed with the image of the prosperity god, Daikoku. Comes with a custom iron stand that craddles the piece in place...
A thinly potted porcelain bowl, brilliantly enamelled. Famille Rose, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period ( 1736 - 1795 ). Diameter : 14,2 cm. H : 7,2 cm. Condition : One very minute rim frit ( 0,5 mm ) and a short hairline, nearly invisible to the naked eye ( there still is a nice "ping-tone" when the bowl is tapped ).

Silver and gold thread couching and embroidery in blue on dark silk ground, the sun disk is made of small coral beads. Backed with blue silk. Condition: faded, wear, splits, thin areas, lining with stains.
