Taisho Period (1912-1926) Gold and Black Lacquer Obento Lunch Box/Picnic Box filled with symbolism of eternal love. The deer and crane are symbols of longevity, and when they are paired they are symbols of eternal love. The pine tree is also a symbol of longevity. The pastoral scenes and gold flowers are beautifully rendered in gold lacquer on black lacquer. The handle is in the form of a pair of dragons. 14w x 12h x 7d inches, 35.5w x 30.5h x 18d inches.

A white-glazed water coupe was well mold in nice shape and was nicely decorated on the surface with carved lotus petals patterns.
In creamy white tint, the surface was spread with characteristic darken glaze drops which the Din wares would own.
On the mouth rim, it was unglazed.the body clay was revealed with incursioned burial earth...

A Fine Group of 8 Early Punchong Ware Small Dishes Korea, early Joseon period, 15th -16th century They small sized group of Punchong dishes decorated with white slip brush, white slip inlaid and white slip dumped with insiced decorations are rare with 8 dishes, some dishes with clear glzes and others with clear celadon glaze. They are all in fine condition except 1 dishe with a chip. It measures 10cm – 14cm small to large, (4” x 5.5”).

A Chinese Phoenix Ewer, 10th-12th Century. Height approximately 19 cm. The repaired parts of the ewer are: on the rim, on the edge of the Phoenix beak, on the spout. The neck has few hairlines. In good condition.

This is Indigo dye cotton tsutsugaki furoshiki textile of the Edo era(1800-1867). It is a very beautiful crane and a lucky design of the tortoises.It is a characteristic of tsutsugaki of the Edo era that the ear of the tortoise is expressed like a dragon. There is a thin stain. There is not damage. It is in a very good state. It is made of hand-spun cotton and natural dyed. size:141cm x 142cm (55.5" x 55.9")

A Famille Rose enamelled figure of a lady made in China for export to Europe circa 1780-1800 during the reign of either the Qianlong or Jiaqing emperors. Condition - the head has broken off and been re-glued; one earring is missing and there are small chips to the yellow head dress and to three finger tips. There has been no restoration...

This Ge glazed dish is at least from the early Qing Dynasty but most probably the piece is older. Please compare the shape and the unglazed base of the piece with similar Ge glazed pieces from the early Ming and the Yuan Dynasty. There was an interesting discussion concerning this topic last year at Gotheborg forum. Diameter : 10,8 cm. Condition : Slightly chipped resp. glaze fritting to the rim ( please look the images )

Beautiful and unusual altar table with pink marble top, late 19th early 20th century. It is made of rosewood and beautifully carved with peony and iris flowers and dragons.
