A Chinese, celadon, twin-fish dish from the Longquan kiln; Southern Song to Yuan dynasty. Carved with a lotus-petal design to the exterior, and covered all-over in a beautiful sea-green glaze, apart from the outer base which has burnt reddish. Dimensions; 12cm diameter. Conditions; good. no chips or cracks.

A large and exceptional Roman terractotta figure of the winged Eros walking, Roman Imperial, c. 1st. century AD.

Interesting early representation of Eros with preserved pigments in red.

Condition: Choice, almost completely intact with a tip of one wing restored othervise superb with intact pigments.

A scarce triangular stamp seal, carved in a fine red jasper stone with a grit-pattern in the base, probably 2nd. mill. BC.

Though the motif of the grit pattern points to a pre-historic dating, the choice of stone and the shape and polishing of this seal, probably makes the seal much later, made up in the 2nd. mill. BC.

A pair of silvered copper (copper and nickel) Persian vases. the vases have a flared rim with long neck, round middle and collet foot. The surfaces is embellished with floral design of fine, and impressive scrolling.

Exceptional fushi in shakudo inlaid with gold and sentoku ,recounting the legend of the warrior Hide Sato victorious over the giant Mokume. As a reward, the Dragon King Ryu-Jin presented him with a precious bell, an always hot cauldron and an inexhaustible sack of rice. Rare and very refined metal box, decorated with gold and silver hirazogan and takazogan inlays on a black background, pagodas in a mountainous landscape, cottages and bridge near a river in rippling shibuishi. The sides are enhanced with flower bouquets, crab and snail. Ryumin's signature is encrusted in a silver metal cartridge. Dimensions: 7.2 x 6 x H 2.5 cm.

Antique Mongolian traveler's knife and chopsticks set. The knife's sheath is made of wood and completely covered in silver repoussé designs of Buddhist symbols and inlaid with coral and turquoise florets. The handle of the knife and the chopsticks are made of bone.
