A fantastic Chinese silver caddy of hexagonal shape, applied with a profusion of enameled birds perched on foliage and flowers, all against a filigree ground . Studs of turquoise and coral further enhance the opulence of this extravaganza. Stamped SILVER on the base. Age: first quarter of 20 C. size: 6 9/10 inches (17.5 cm ) high. condition: Excellent, it appears untouched, unpolished and unused for a long time, thus remaining in pristine and undamaged state.

Elegant elongated form with a chimera head on one end and the head of a dragon or serpent on the other. Comes with a custom stand. Size of belt hook: 7 1/2" long

Chinese Han Dynasty (206 B.C.- A.D. 220) belt hook. Made of bronze and gilded over entire surface. This belt hook has two Taotie masks, one on either side. The end of the hook itself is shaped in the form of a tiny chimera. Comes with stand.

A large Chinese bonbon dish made by Wang Hing. Made of mother of pearl shell with silver bamboo legs in tripod form, it is surprising sturdy. Marked Wang Hing on one of the bottom legs, it is in excellent condition and measures 5 inches high. Across, the shell measures 8.75' at its longest point and 7" at its shortest distance.

Antique Chinese tripod censer that comes with a tall, circular stand. The lid of the censer has a playful fu dog as a finial. The front and back of the censer features a cylindrical panel with flora and fauna upon a textured background, and the handles on each side appear as large fu dog faces. Late 19th century circa 1890. This metal box is fashioned as a model of a traditional stringed instrument having an overall punched floral design and a hinged lid. The base has an impressed seal. The surface has somewhat darkened with age. It is in overall good condition.

This tripod censer is raised on three animal-masked feet that support its large, rounded body. The rim is decorated with a key fret design, and the body has ten lappets composed of stylized mask and key fret designs all in low relief. It retains its original brown patina overall with a deep greenish gray interior from use. Good condition.

Finely enamelled to the exterior with fibrant famille rose enamels with medallions with birds, sitting on flowering twigs. Nineteenth century. Diameter : 21,8 H : 11,5 cm. Condition : Here and there some marginal wear to the enamels, the copper bodies of the jardinieres in perfect condition.

The long wood handle is attached to a large cast iron bowl designed to hold hot coals. This two-part buckle is formed with a dragon head clasp on one piece, and the other is slotted for hooking under the dragon's head. Each has a central medallion cast in low relief of a double gourd “magic elixir” bottle. Both pieces are finished with a stylized bat motif. The underside of each has two attached pieces to receive the belt. Much gilding remains on the fronts, though worn. The reverse of each is ungilded and has old natural patina from use...
