The body exquisitely potted of flattened double-gourd form with a slender upper bulb resting on a compressed lower body, set with two delicate loop handles. The exterior of the deep rounded sides carved with a band of petals rising from the foot to the flat everted rim, and the interior decorated in the center with two molded fish, covered overall with a glaze of guan type sea-green tone except for the foot rim burnt reddish-brown in the firing 21.7 cm diam. Minor restoration to the hairline on the rim, no chips or other damages.

A well potted bowl in Chrysanthemum shape and glazed with a pale Qingbai glaze. Southern Song Dynasty ( 1127 - 1279 ) Diameter : 11,9 cm. H : 4,5 cm. Condition : Very nice condition with one nearly invisible hairline that actually seems to be quite insignificant because despite this hairline the bowl has a nice ping tone when tapped. ( Please look the last enlargement ).

Ming Chenghua Period ( 1465 - 1487 ) This piece belongs to the very best kind of a Ming Chenghua Minyao ( peoplesware ) bowl. Very well potted, the excellent painted decoration done with the for good Chengua pieces typical " watery blue ". Diameter : 13,2 cm. H : 6,1 cm. Description: A green-glazed Cizhou bowl was exquisitely mold in a type of the famous Ding ware.
Thinly mold, the bowl was decorated in the cavetto with vibrant image of swans swimming in the lotus pond.
As delicate as the precious Ding ware, the bowl was finely made by the excellent craftsmanship of the potters.
That made the ware a sought-after piece.
In a fragile form, the bowl was preserved in a very good condition, despite minor defects were found at the foot ring when charming...

This underglaze blue decorated porcelain dish is probably an imperial marked Ming Xuande Period ( 1426 - 1435 ) dragon dish. It comes from an old Javanese collection. Two rare porcelain lids with moulded decoration and glazed with a pale blue-green Qingbai glaze. Yuan Dynasty, fourteenth century. These 2 lids, excavated in Indonesia, do have a Diameter of 6,8 cm. They perfectly would fit for 2 Qingbai glazed Yuan jarlets with a moulded deoration, and with a mouth rim diameter between minimal 5,2 cm. and maximal 6,2 cm. The perfect match ("marriage") would be with jarlets with a mouth rim diameter of 5,8 cm. Condition: Perfect.
