A large circular tureen and cover painted in underglaze blue depicting peonies, willow trees and rockwork in a garden setting. This item was made in China circa 1750, during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor, for export to Europe.
Condition - there are minor losses. Two leaves on the pomegranate finial are chipped and an ear is missing from one of the boar's head handles. There are chips to the inside of the cover and there is a light hairline to the base...

Early 18th Century, KANGXI to YONGZHEN Period Blue and White Octagonal Porcelain Wine Cup and matching Saucer hand painted in blue under glaze with scrolls and lotus flowers. Both the cup and saucer have a pretty flower center medallion and the rims are decorated with a diaper border. Condition nice, saucer has flea bites/one filled rim chip (could be professionally perfected), otherwise no hairlines or restorations. This bottle is covered overall in a thick, even oxblood glaze. The copper colorant has drained slightly down from the mouth leaving a narrow band of white glaze that continues into the mouth for a short distance; otherwise, the interior appears to be unglazed.
