This is a 19th century Japanese imitation of a Chinese cloisonne bowl. It has a white background and fish, horse and floral design on both the exterior and interior. There is a square brass seal reading ¡°imitate Ming¡± on the bottom. In this case, ¡°Ming¡± is a general name for Chinese or Mandarin. It is 10 inches in diameter and 4 ¾ inches tall. Good condition.
This is a beautiful cloisonne bowl, not signed but likely from Ando. The condition is excellent. The workmanship is better quality than most and the Koi are even better in person. Rims appear to be bronze. The bowl measures 6 inches across and is 4 inches tall.

This is a very attractive Japanese cloisonne vase by a rare artist. The vase is not signed but the work is very unique. A signed Goto vase with very similar work can be seen on page 79 of the book Japanese Cloisonne by Coben and Ferster. We used to own that vase and the mate that went to it. Here is a beautiful but unsigned Namikawa Sosuke vase. Those familiar with Sosuke's work, will know this vase was made by the master and is authentic. It's a stoutly made piece with silver rims. It stands 6 1/4 inches tall. This vase is in excellent condition. I have also provided an image of a later made, but very similar signed Sosuke vase.

This is a high quality and very refined pair of Japanese Cloisonne vases. Though not quite as prolific work as on some pieces, the quality is very high. With almost pitless enamel and a high highly sheen, these vases glow. Condition is excellent and these vases are 4 3/4 inches tall.
This is a large fine Japanese cloisonne vase from Gonda. The wireless work is beautiful. The use of the subtle yellow tones behind Mt Fuji are an exquisite touch. We have had several of the small vases like this but never one this large or this quality from Gonda. The vase stands 7 1/4 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It is mounted with silver rims and the condition is outstanding.

An overall design of plum blossoms and buds on a rich blue background. The base and mouth are rimmed in silver. There is no maker’s mark, but similar works with generally the same pattern were produced by the artist Hayashi Tanigoro in the Taisho period, 1912-1926. Very good condition, having only a very small dent in the edge of the silver rim.
